When on my way home today I stopped for a treat. I watched 4 separate cars place their order and move ahead in the second drive up lane. So I said hello to the loudspeaker the girl calls back and says you have to wait. So confused not knowing if she was talking to me or maybe a co worker I sat there for approximately 5-7 minutes. Another car places an order and moves ahead. I said hello to the loudspeaker again and the person snapped back and said “you can wait” !!!! Awful experience awful service. If you don’t want to work with the public find a different job.
Asked for hot sauce for my burrito twice and they still forgot it, tried giving us someone else’s food and drink. Couldn’t even get one single thing correct. I would have left 0 stars if I could.
We needed a quick stop for breakfast, and stoped here. Our service was very fast. But, nothing he dine-in was not open.
Female working drive thru was rude. Next time perhaps make sure the window is closed before talking about a customer. I usually go for a sweet tea and more than half the time I get UNSWEETENED tea. To point where I check before pulling away.
It was hot and fresh and I got to eat inside and that was refreshing. I did t have to go through drive-thru and eat in car.Very friendly staff. Just like old times!!
Employees where great but manager screamed at every employee constantly then locked the lobby because she couldn't keep up. She yelled at her crew the entire visit and yelled at customers who got let into the lobby by other customers. I would hate being a employee at this location, no wonder the manager doesn't have enough people.
Hit or miss with this place. Been several times show up when they should be open to be told manager hasn't shown up and can't serve food.
The order was correct, napkins were included, and the crew was actually friendly. Nice change!
Usually very busy, just be mindful if you have a complicated order *please view contents of order before pulling away* I can't stress this enough. Outside of that it's an okay fast food restaurant.
Asked for a cup of mayo and the only gave packets after asking multiple times. Fries were the worst I have ever tasted. I think I could have just made a sandwich out of mud taste better than this place
