Probably should tell your employees to not run around trying to hit other employees. Maybe Shawn should be fired as a manager COMPLETELY. I have heard nothing but TERRIBLE things about this place. Better get it handled before it gets sent in to the BBB about how your managers yell throw and disrespect employees in the sight and ear shot of other guests. You legally can’t hold someone from going to the bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous
I’d rather eat out of the garbage, the first time I got my order it was soaked with a strange liquid and they remade it but didn’t put hamburgers on any of the sandwiches. I understand it’s fast food but you at least hire people who now how to make a sandwich?
Be careful when they ask do you if you would like to replace something. They'll charge extra. Ex. Would like to replace the apples in the Happy meal with small fry?Automatic an extra charge!
Normally it goes Smooth & CORRECT BUT The Last visit I had a problem. There was 1 car in the INSIDE lane so I went to the outside one. They got served & proceeded & I waited THEN another car pulled up a After that one A Lil Bit after, Then they got served & continued along! So I waited a Lil longer & NOTHING So I backed up to pull into that lane So more people hadn't of came & I just SAT THERE....... 1⃣x Only & It's usually GOOD + They've started making sure the fries ? were FRESH
This location has always been awful so figure I'd actually write a review so as to steer you away from this specific location. The frappe had huge chunks of ice in it and tasted more like the previous made drink (a fruit smoothie) than a frappe. Also asked for a second sauce for my chicken nuggets and got zero sauces. My friend was missing a whole entire sandwich that they paid for. All of the workers were laughing and joking around while we were ordering our food and weren't paying attention to what the orders were. Unprofessional, awful and mostly cold food, and forgetting paid for items! Come on you guys, maybe you feel entitled that you don't have to work to be paid because its McDonald's, but please at least try to put just a little care into your job because people who work hard just like you should be doing are paying money to eat at your place of work! We all help each other to keep each other going. Capiche?
Want be going back! Went insuse to dine in. I was given a plastic number and said food would be brought to table. Food was not brought to table and when I went up to see about it it was sitting on the counter the food was COLD. No one called out my number. I understand a lot of businesses have a staff shortage but this is ridicules.
Just stopped for a couple mcdoubles and a shake. You could taste the age of the food. The buns were obviously old and you could tell they reset timers on that meat. The whole interaction was wierd and awkward.

went to get breakfast today and ordered the chicken mcgriddle. I was littlerly their only customer and somehow they managed to get my order wrong, giving me a biscuit instead. I'm also disappointed to find that they took milk choices away since there are many dairy sensitive people as well. I will not be coming here anymore. always a mess up and they just dont seem to care.
