I ordered through the app! The dasher left it somewhere else didn’t follow my directions which were in the order! I called the manager and she didn’t do nothing about it didn’t replace my food or refund my money ! I had to call the corporate spent a half hour trying to get some help! Well after 24 hours and 2 phone calls I got a refund but my food was never replaced I had no apology from the store and I Do NOT recommend the Portage IN store ! Poor customer service, even from the evening manager. I have not returned there. I rather go to another KFC even if miles away.
Not the first time this rude group of people have failed to provide any good service. The evening manager is so terribly rude and yet she still remains employed there. I will drive three hours to another KFC before ill ever go back there. The higher management should be ashamed of them selfs for keeping her. PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE DONT GO THERE TILL SHE IS GONE AND THEY GET THE THERE ACT TOGETHER!!! tonight's visit my wife was called a man and told to leave HER line because she was corrected and said I'm a woman. Also was rude because we asked what kind of pieces comes in a 12 pcs meal ridiculous ?
We ordered off the KFC ap tonight and went to pick up our order. Well it wasn't ready and we were told to pull up..well after about 15 minutes we went in and inquired about our order, the delightful manager was unapologetic and dismissive and told us we were rude! ? we finally got our order and was offered no apology our anything! Horrible experience! We'll never ever go there again! Plus deleted the ap! Installed Popeyes ap instead, GOOD RIDDANCE!
Went thru drive thru, was asked to pull ahead to wait, after 15 minutes went back to ask where my order was. They totally forgot then thought I'd wait another 20 minutes so they could make it. NO I'LL TAKE A REFUND
Hubs got his favorite #15 and my son got the popcorn chicken. The service was very fast and food was good

I love this kfc they are always very professional and the store is always clean. Also fast service
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have poor customer service & horrible food. They had me to pull forward to wait for my food as if they were cooking something to order. When i got home i find old dried out food that must have been cooked hours ago. This isn’t the first time i regret going to this kfc in portage, but I hadn’t been here in a long time so i thought that maybe they would be better now. It was a waste of money & time. I will drive to another city over before i go here again.
