When we were finally seated it took about 10 to 15 minutes for us to be given our drinks and over an hour to get our food. The waitress had to ask multiple times about what salads we ordered which were just garden salads. My drink refill tasted like bleach and I could not get the young lady's attention to take it back. We were also celebrating a birthday in our group and the lady told us everyone was too busy to bother...but she had time to be on her phone. This was my first time in a hooters and my last.
Good food!! Amazing Service!!Alexis was kind patient and courteous. We had 3 kids with us and she treated them so kindly.
If I could give it a 0 I would. Dining here is akin to stabbing yourself in the hand with a fork. Table service was below any standard I've come across. An hour into sitting we received the only appetizer that was ordered and it wasn't correct. We had ordered a pretzel with cheese and they brought cheese sticks after an hour. At the same time, our server brought out a pretzel which was then given to another table, a table that had arrived 30 minutes after us. We then received the wings. About 1 hr 15 mins into it. Only half of them. The other half came out ten minutes later. On the upside I was finally able to get a beer ordered at the end of the meal, since our server only came to the table once. The downside is I never actually received that beer. Place is understaffed. No attention to anything. Negative 10 stars.
The hostess was awesome when we first walked in! She offered pretty much every single table option available (Hi top, booth, bar seating, booth in the bar, etc), and let us sit at whichever one we wanted. Once we were seated, we noticed how cool the restaurant itself was atmosphere wise. We had high hopes for the rest of the experience based on how we were greeted and first impressions; however, our experience took a turn. Our waitress really only did the bare minimum for service (i.e. got drinks for us when we first arrived, took our order, gave us our food, etc.), but she failed to come back to her table to ask how our food was after we had been served. She also never asked if we wanted a box at the end of our meal, and there was enough food on the table that she should have known to ask. We ended up leaving without taking any of the food home since we were never asked/offered. On top of this, the food came out lukewarm and the fries were also lukewarm and borderline undercooked. Furthermore, the same three male cooks that were in the kitchen kept walking out and leaving for the restroom together at several points during our dining experience. It was a very odd sighting to say the least. We figured that was the reason for our food delay and also probably the reason that the food was mediocre in temperature and taste. At the end of our dining experience, my boyfriend went into the bathroom and said that the restroom was absolutely disgusting (trash was full/overflowing and the floor was sticky). We are pretty severely disappointed overall. The only reason we gave such a "high mark" at this point was because of our initial wonderful experience with the hostess. Had it not been for her, the rating probably would have been lower.
Ordered a burger to go and had a drink at the bar while I waited. From the moment I walked in till the second I left with my order....cannot believe how FRIENDLY the entire staff was.Really enjoyed my burger too. Love how you can build your own too. Not a lot of places let you do that. I mean you can add extra this and none of that everywhere but I haven't seen anywhere have as many options as Hooters does
was one of my favorite places, today take me 3 hours to get my food, besides was cold, and just was two orders of 6 traditional wings plus two orders of boneless, 3 hours! really??? half of the restaurant was empty.
This was my second visit to the newest Hooters in Chicagoland and it was nice to be recognized by cute bartender named Myra. It was a fun time. Looking forward to stopping by again whenever I’m in the neighborhood.
Great food but when ordering on the app for curb side pickup and then prompting you to to let them know you are there to pick up your order and parked in the assigned area just to find out you set there while your food gets cold because the instructions on the app are not up to date as curbside is no longer an option. Other than that it was all HOOTERIFIC!!!!!!
The place was dirty. There was dust, food, and garbage all on the floor. I had a burger that tasted a little bland; could have used a bit more seasoning. My father enjoyed his wings, so that’s a plus. The servers (or entertainers) were really nice, and the strawberry lemonade I had was excellent!
was hesitant about coming back since we had a few bad experiences the last few times we were here, but our waitress Sasha really was awesome and the food was hot a done perfect. what a difference a good waitress can make. good job
