Food was good and really fast !! Being 1st time there they could have explained menu.

All bread and no meat. ( A used to be fireman's idea of getting rich ) . This place is a joke for the price . Stay clear and go to a small mom & pop to eat a real sandwich.( hell ! Portillos is better by miles ) Inconsistencies in the preperation of the sandwiches is a real problem. It's not enough to run a business on a banner of " In the publics interest " . I see they really ride the whole " we donated to public safety " speal. What they need to care about are the sandwiches and customers. It's 9$ dollars for a medium barbecue beef and cheddar sandwich . It was an absolute joke for the money.

First time having a Firehouse sub. The service was friendly but my sub wasnt very good. Toppings were minimal and even though I spent an extra six dollars for double meat, part of my sub was hardly any meat at all. Pretty disappointing.
Absolutely love firehouse! Get the app. You get points towards free food & occasionally get free desserts. Literally my favorite sandwich place hands down!
