Customer service is poor. You ask for coffee one way, they repeat it back and when it's wrong and you try to correct them the scream back at you.Went another day asked for a muffin and a coffee didn't check the muffin, come to find out they gave me the wrong muffin.Went in in the evening with my kids to get ice cream hoping service would be better. Not sure how service was. Walked in smelled Pot walked out.
Usually I do not have any problems with this location. The people there are friendly and nice. I get my Items from this location many times throughout the week. I did a mobile order to walk inside. Well once I got there, the doors were locked. So I had to wait in a long line in drive thru. Therefore, it pushed me back at least 15mins of what my original pick up time was. Got to the speaker to tell them I’m here for my mobile order, THEY DO NOT HAVE CARAMEL!!! I wasted my time when someone could have called from my order ticket to tell me that instead of me waiting.. If there was somehow a way that walk in wasn’t available, it should have been done. Or better yet, have a sign on the door big enough so that customers are able to see it…
Donuts were good but the doors were still locked four hours after opening time. I had placed a walk-in order on the app and there was no indication that the lobby of the store was closed, so it seems like it was simply never unlocked. I went through the drive-thru instead, and because it was a larger order, I backed up the line with an amount of cars that rivaled the amount of donuts I was ordering for my workplace. Felt kinda bad because I made it a walk-in order specifically to avoid causing that problem for others, and it seems like it could've been avoided simply by, well...being open four hours past opening. Work smarter, not harder, guys.
The ppl working inside are definitely making your order from scratch or something. the customer in front of us and I had to go inside to get our orders cause we sat in the drive through line for so long cause it felt like they forgot about us out there

Always good coffee and service! However they need to get their oven fixed it's been a couple weeks now!
Super friendly staff! Always pleasant when ordering. I've had to pull up and wait for my order to be brought out to the car and they are always so nice. Great Dunkin!
I am a regual here. Always come before work :( i came last 2 days to it closed. Idk whats going on but im heartbroken! :( any help please?
horrible service I have tryed them several times and ether am told they are always out of hafe there stuff backed up and the worst go to central way better would give them only a half but would not let me
WOW I honestly cant say enough about how incredibly nice these folks are. We drove 2 hrs up for a dr appt and just needed a leg stretch so we came in for ice cream EVERY single employee spoke to us, treated us so kindly and was considerate of my child with special needs who has a dairy allergy. One of the young women who works there was a fan of anime as is my son she came out from the back and they had a nice conversation. It was the best experience I've ever had rolling in with a huge stroller and 4 kids. Truly refreshing to be treated to such wonderful down to earth people!!! Whoever does the hiring there picked a whole bunch of good ones!!!
