Ordered two orders of egg bites and only received one. She had to make the other order and said it "wasn't on the screen" even though it was on my receipt. This isn't the first time this has happened to me (mostly this happens at the other Portage location). What's up with Dunkin's system? Or is it the employees? Was also told their Oatmilk is discontinued at this location but they still advertise their Oatmilk lattes?Overall was mildly annoyed but the egg bites are always delicious.

Even though my coffee is wrong 80% of the time, the customer service is wildly inconsistent, they’re always out of what I usually order, the donuts are often stale, and the hot food I get comes frozen in the center I have still continued to go here because it’s on my way to work and when they DO get it right, it’s great. However, today they told me they are discontinuing the oat milk and so I guess that’s my last straw. It’s not all Dunkin locations, just this one. There is one younger guy in the drive thru that always gets it right and I wish I knew his name so I could give him a proper compliment. I would give him only 5 stars.

Decent coffee but I believe they are pricing themselves out of my market. Coffee is never consistent. You would think with a chain you could get the same thing with the same result but that's not the case at all. Sometimes the coffee is bitter and over brewed. The money you spend here you could get a awesome speciality coffee at a local coffee cafe.

Love my frozen french vanilla coffee with whip cream! Nothing beats it! The kids love the hash browns any time of day! Friendly service here too!

Quality and service has greatly declined. I understand places being short staffed and having inconsistent hours, but just put a sign up or cones in the drive-thru to indicate this rather than giving the impression that the establishment is open.

Owner is clearly incompetent and doesn’t understand some basic common sense which in turn is also a little bit of common courtesy to post up when they’re closed. Sat at the drive-through for about a solid five minutes said hello a couple times people in uniform or outside screaming around their vehicles messing around. Which possible could been on break and that’s fine, So then I pulled around to the window in case the microphone was broken. People in uniform we’re sitting down at the tables looked over at me at the window said her gestured nothing and just walked out of sight. It’s out there for another few minutes figured someone would say something or maybe there was a spill or something inside service trying to be patient and just wait. Didn’t wanna be rude or honk my horn or anything like that. The owner then had walked by another few minutes later and just wave me off. Very simple solution that if you have half a brain would be to either put cones in the driveway, or simply turn your menu off that would indicate you’re closed. It’s a pretty common sense so customers don’t come by and waste their time just waiting around for not a single employee with some common decency to just say they’re closed. Or tape a sign in the window that says sorry they are closed. Wont bring my business here any more.

Very unprofessional!!! There's a crew of youngsters at evenings that they're awful every time I go they take at least 10 to 20 minutes to have my coffee redy and I've been there several times lately and it's the same every time instead of taking care of the customer's they're just playing in there a land messing around,

Went for the coffee. I love the xl coffee with fresh vanilla and cream. For me the flavoring is sweet enough

Always packed and not enough staff so lines are loooong! Coffee's are always made correctly though.

Employee comes up to counter, no greeting or can I help you. Just stood at counter looking out, then he throws hands up and says" do you want to order?" My husband places order, sign at register states be patient new computer system. Employee was getting frustrated. He threw hands up again and looks at another employee. "You take this order, doesn't ask just demands.!"He was then walking around, another employee had asked him "Did you get that order?" He starts saying in a condescending voice " Did you get that order? Did you get that order?" Two other customers had also been commenting about the extremely rude and disrespectful attitude displayed by employee. Due to this behavior and the fact the manager did nothing about it. We won't return. Dunkin at this location has really declined over the past few years. I had worked at this location in high school under different ownership. Behavior like this was absolutely not tolerated.
