This place is going down hill second time in a roll they messed upI went to pick order the wife placedGot home found out was missing the pizza for my sonTried to call some call center picks up both times after a long hold transfers me to the store for about another minute or so on hold to be disconnected twice
Been a customer of domino's pizza for quite a few years, and I love all their pizza's and esp cheesy breads . Great work today for delivering my so needed cheesy bread
Do not order at this Dominos. The white delivery guy was very rude, he held my food against my will. I paid for my food after I ordered to have it delivered and spoke with a lady who told me she would assure the driver knew it was paid for. The guy walked all the way back to his car to call the store to see if my food was paid for instead of giving me my food and allowing me to show my receipt like I asked him. Very rude!!!
Preferred the Marinara and cheese dip and got a container of burnt cheese with no marinara in it. Called to get a new one but was told they were too busy to do so. Asked for refund and was told they could give a credit but not a refund. Disappointed for sure. I may have a credit but not sure I’ll order from them again.

Ordered a medium thin crust w/ sausage and green peppers. I'm not sure what I got but it wasn't that. Calling the store for resolution is ridiculous. Still on the phone after being placed on hold three times. I beg each time... DO NOT PLACE ME ON HOLD.... they hear my issue and I'm holding yet again. So far I've been holding for 30 mins with no resolution. The pizza isn't that great to begin with.Do better!Edit: After ninety minutes of holds and 4x being disconnected, I finally spoke to a human. Josh was his name. He was patient and fixed my problem. Prompt and courteous. Thanks to Josh I am taking my one-star review up to three.
The experience and overall social aspect of this dominos was the only reason holding me back from a 1 Star. But when it came to the pizza it’s was overcooked and there was barely to no garlic powder on the crust, which was hard and crunchy. >:( I guess I now know what a 7.99 pizza actually is. If I were you I’d go the extra mile and spend the couple extra bucks for a more quality pizza!
