They canceled my order with 30 minutes before closing. I live a half a mile from their location. Domino's needs to get over there Rona fear, and start staying open till 1:00 am again.?
Store number 2603 legitimately is the worst. They park their delivery car in the carside pickup spaces, screw up orders and refuse to refund, and leave their phone off the hook so that you can't talk to anyone. They legitimately just called the cops on me because I brought my incorrectly made pizzas back for a refund after they told me to bring them back. No, I'm not a Karen. I honestly just wanted what I paid for and at first was willing to have them remake the order, but the attitude I got made me think that if they did, I'd regret eating what they added. The police were not happy that they were called when all the store had to do was refund the food. I used to order from here all the time, had the app and points and all that. They were great. I don't know what happened but something is *very* wrong here.
This store will take your order and money and then never deliver your food. This is the second time this has happened to us. Dominos do better. I cannot even get the store to answer the phone and tell me if the food was even made.
Called in a pickup order. 2 mediums, 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 pep and jalapeno=$38.00!? ??? It's frozen pizza FROM NOW ON. WHEN WILL TRUMP COME BACK?!? THESE PRICES ARE INSANE! (This would never happen if the company were ran by conservative men.)
I am across the street at the Best Western hotel and they wanted to charge me $6 dollars just for delivery. Then they want a tip on top of that. ???
Ordered the specialty chicken and they cut them up into itty bitty pieces as if you dont notice...ordered a barbecue and chicken jalapeno pizza barely any bbq sauce they dont cut the 8 piece cheesy bread I literally have to cut it into 8 pieces when I get the food home...?
With a limited staff during this trying time in the restaurant industry, the team at Domino's delivered top notch service. With only four workers, this well-oiled machine of a staff ensured that all of my food was made on time and deliciously, all with a smile on their faces.
I ordered the cheesy marinara sauce and this is how it looked!!! Full of grease!! So I called to see if they would fix it and was told their was nothing they could do about it! I will never order from them again completely rude! I’ve never in my life been treated like that!
Ordered and has been sitting in Quality Check for an hour and counting. I called after a 1/2 hour and was told we are the next one to go out. 2 hungry kids and pizza is sitting in the warmer…….Worst Dominos ever!!!!!!!
