Went for dinner & ordered two burgers. The cashier rang one up for one price & the other for a different price despite us ordering two exactly the same burgers.We asked the cashier if he had rang up a different burger because of the different prices & he said no he just rang up the same burger a different way. Which makes no sense. Asked him again if it was a single or a double he rang up because we ordered two singles. Made us pay & ended up ringing in the wrong burger anyways & then just said “oh sorry”. So we paid more & got more than we even wanted to get & no resolution was offered to us.
This is a good culver's with a friendly staff but the shakes they serve are so bad they shouldn't be considered shakes at all. We have gotten a shake there twice in 4 months and both times it was nothing more then chocolate milk. Maybe someone should look into this considering what they charge for them. Total waste of money for a "shake"!.

Fantastic and friendly staff! I walked in and there was one register open and someone was at it. They opened a second register just for me. Food came fresh and hot. Quality Culvers experience!
I've lived in this area 10 years (and in La Porte the 6 years before that), and I've never set foot into (any) Culver's until late 2021 with my son after a doctor's appointment for an early lunch. The place was clean, the people were friendly, the food came fast, and it was good. They even have fizzy water at the soda fountain. That kinda blew my mind, TBH. That's a dealMAKER, honestly.We went again tonight for a speedy dinner inside. There was a car line around the building (and we were like, "Ohhhhhh, boy"), but it didn't impact our indoor dining experience at all, really. Food still came pretty fast (maybe slightly less fast than when it was an early lunch with nobody there, but it was still faster than most fast food). The staff actually sounded like they were having a good time, too, which was nice.I had a salad tonight that had non-iceberg lettuce, and that was another thing that surprised me. FANCY LETTUCE, you guys. Good stuff.
You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and met with great smiles and people who are excited to help no matter what time it is. Very clean establishment with nice, efficient service too. The food tastes good and the temperature is always right too. For being considered "fast food", they nail a really homely environment and make you want to return time and time again. Would definitely recommend.
My favorite fast food ever! Try the fish sandwich! It's AMAZING!
