Traveling through we decided to use DoorDash and get dinner. Had $50.83 of food ordered. I get a text and call from the delivery driver who realized something wasn’t right when all the store had ready was a bowl of guacamole. He asked if I wanted to re-order but by then it was late and we didn’t want to wait anymore. He canceled the order at my request (I received a confirmation text and it was confirmed on the DoorDash app. This store kept my money. They stole from me. I will never recommend this place
I would give zero stars if I could. Food is good I placed an online order and I was sitting there for 20 minutes five people came in five minutes after me and they all got served before me. They said they do in house orders first but there wasn’t even anyone in there yet?? The place was literally so dirty all the counters were filled with food and they literally only had two girls in the front no one was cleaning the kitchen was super dirty you could even see it from the cash register the manager was in the back the whole entire time. She only came out five minutes before I was gonna leave and then she started to clean. This portage location was great up until recently it started to go downhill a lot I have never seen a Chipotle look like this. I’m not trying to sound like a Karen but literally only thing good was the food there was nothing good that I literally almost walked out. You want a good clean friendly chipotle go to the one in Michigan city!

This is not a review on the food! Love Chipotle's food. My review is on ease of service when you are IN the restaurant. They will take 10 minutes filling online orders at the counter, while you stare at them in line. They need a different system.
Chipotle needs no introduction—Some of the best vegan options in all of fast casual, a fun atmosphere, quick and easy with their app, and even decent prices. For the price of less than a sub sandwich you can get a burrito bowl big enough to divide between 2 small meals.
Not great, small portions of greasy steak. Not all Chipotle's are like this. This is probably the worst. Wouldn't recommend dining in or taking out from this location. Have done take out from here before and not not gotten all I paid for.
Literally terrible .. my taco had 3 pieces of meat,and you all want paid more smh
Gotta learn how to use the appl in order to get points toward free meals. Have purchased over $500 in the past 3-4 months. Needless to say we love Chipotle's bowls.
I travel NWI for work and this Chipotle location is by far the worst. Extremely slow service and constant 30min+ wait on food, only to be told they're out of everything! visited this location over 10 times since november and never once was anyone happy with the rudeness and slowness of employees.
Worst chipotle. Chunks of salt on chips, guacamole is brown?!? tacos ripped in half and squished in tin foil. Random hard piece of something in one of my tacos? I’ve had this location a few times giving it another chance and I swear it’s always awful. I’ll never go here again.
