Cant even express how many horrible experiences i have had with this location every time i go is just another disappointment rip
So upset with my service. Spoke with Skye and the manager Austin in regards to my undercooked meal, just for them to to trash talk me through the phone. When they realized they were not muted, they hung up. Please, do NOTTTTT waste your money. Killed my whole mood today.
The one on Willowcreek in Portage, IN is always wrong with the orders and takes double the amount of time it should if not more. That is if they are open, they seem to close early every night for maintenance. There are 2 nice employees, but everyone else includeding management are rude and lazy.
Please avoid this so called Burger king!!! Wait time is horrible, fountain machine doesn’t work and won’t substitute with anything…they only had 1 person working when I went and the worse part about it, it was that I couldn’t even get out of line…was stuck for an extra 15mins. Corporate really needs to step in and help this horrible location! Will not come here again!!! FYI this isn’t my first horrible experience at this location.
Almost every time I go, I ask for extra mayo, ketchup and pickles...They dont give me extra anything, if any at all... guess I need to find a different Burger King.
This is like a trade off of them being quick, and very polite, the food is always fresh.Except for these weird scenarios I and a few other people I know have come across multiple times. Most of the time you roll through here, it’s super fast, your food is prepared well and it’s a good experience.Sometimes though, you order an 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites and get 5 jalapeño cheddar bites and a presumably 8 hour old hashbrown bite.It still tastes good, I still ate that 8 hour old hashbrown bite. I’ll still go back to this place too because they’re still the best Burger King in the area.The rest of my food was 10/10, fresh fries, a pair of very well assembled burgers, which pains me to say is a very rare occurrence at any other place but this Burger King must have a person on the sandwich board who takes a lot of pride in making sure your burger looks like the one on the screen, which I appreciate immensely rather than getting a burger from the one in lake station which looked like it was assembled from a shot put line to 40 meters away.
It's definitely got some of the better service in the area.
Food was good old Burger King. 2 cars in drive thru 39 minutes to food window. Didn't see any manager
The worst! Emailed the owner M Mitchell never received a reply. Which makes it clear why the employees don’t care. Complete trash inside and outside! A 1 star is to generous!
Stopped in to grab a chicken sandwich and was talked into ordering a second for a deal. I could only eat half and about threw up because it was so old. Tasted like it was cooked days ago! I will never go back!
