I usually never go to these restaurants to be honest but this was my first time at this location… with that being said I want to shout out Kat and Kylie for being literally the sweetest staff. Kat you know why you’re the MVP. And Kylie thank you for putting up with my friends and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and had a great night thanks to you ladies. We will absolutely be returning and I really hope you ladies get the praise you deserve. Xoxo
Placed order on the phone. When I arrived I was one of a few waiting. SEVERAL more customers came and went. I waited over a HOUR to get 15 Flippin wings! You would figure seeing that it is Buffalo Wild "WINGS" they would not have an issue preparing a simply order of wings and NOTHING ELSE! Yet I suppose the next time I want wings, I will go grab the chicken from the coop, do the dirty work, and prepare them myself fresh! Shouldn't take that long for an order of wings!
So happy that they now have Cauliflower wings! Their mac and cheese side is also my go to! Depends on location regarding table service. We never have problems at the Michigan City or Portage locations.
This Place is a disgrace. Slow food orders and where's the chicken? All my 10 piece boneless wings had were, 5 pieces of breaded chicken wings and 5 coated fried pieces of breading!!! Dirty dirty dirty! From sticky tables, to filthy over flowing toilets. GET IT TOGETHER Guy's!! How the HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALLOWS this Polpular Eatery to be OPEN TO HUMANS is beyond Unbelievability??? Drinks were ALL they did RIGHT! NEW STAFF MEMBER, needs to not only take orders, but bus the dirty dishes off the paying customer's table? This patron will not be coming back, til this is addressed! CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT. Maybe A CALL TOJON TAFFER. is in order???
Food was great, server was very nice and attentive, food came out quick. The drink menu was dirty and had sauce smeared all over it. Floors were absolutely disgusting, I stepped on multiple french fries on the floor, it was littered with debris, pieces of food wrappers, straw wrappers, towelette wrappers, and pieces of food all over the floor. Makes me wonder if they know what a broom and dust pan is? And also what state the food prep area is in. The take out area door to the kitchen swung open and I could see piles of food wrappers and debris on the floor in the kitchen. Not only is this gross, but it's a tripping hazard for their employees. Front entrance door closer arm is broken and the door swings out in the wind, be careful when entering and exiting this place. I feel bad for the wonderful employees that have to work in these conditions, this is obviously a management, and owner issue. I hope they take care of these problems soon because I really would hate to stop going.
Dinned in last Saturday night. The restaurant was surprisingly not busy. Our server was great and the food came out quick and fresh. I had a double burger with bacon and cheese curds it was amazing. My kids liked their chicken strips and wings.
Great food and decent prices. One thing I didn't enjoy was the noise level. Too many tvs blaring and all on different channels and events. Very noise chaotic and hard to have a conversation among your eating party
Great service and the Boneless Thursday special is a good value. Gave us a chance to try some flavors we normally wouldn't.
I had gotten a 50 dollar gift card for Christmas from my aunt, I went out with a party of four, and all but 1 got food poisoning from the food We called multiple times asking for some sort of comp, not even a refund and they did nothing but waste my time. At first they flat out told us that there was nothing they could do to help and a pathetic "sorry you feel that way" attitude. Then after threatening to call the health department they finally got back to me, said they'd offer me a gift card that they'd mail to me, which I have still yet to receive, and I'm not holding my breathe. Absolutely lackluster management that really could care less. If you're even considering eating at bdubs, please go to any other location in the area.
Ordered bdubs tonight...I ordered my food Xtra Xtra Xtra crispy. Also ordered fries. Got there picked up my food come home and my wings are soggy. Was told it would take 30 minutes for my food to be done. I ordered at 4:24. I picked up at 4:44. They some how missed that I ordered fries and its my fault the wings are soggy because I should have let the cashier go over my order. Mind you my order was done in 20 minutes when I was told 30. Was also told my order sat for 15-20 minutes before I got there. How is that even possible if I got there before my food was suppose to be done?!?!! Ridiculous.
