Famous Italian beef ? Portillos has a big beef for 8.49 currently. Bam's beef sandwich is 7.99. The differences in quality , quantity and consistency are huge . Chicago is right next door . Learn how to make an Italian beef sandwich and source some better ingredients.. or you've priced yourself right out of the picture . Normally great. But I ordered a Big Bam for my granddaughters 2nd birthday and did not get what I ordered. I ordered a quarter with cheese and sausage. And got only cheese.

Food is great but the consistency is horrid, out of the last 3 orders one of them was good. You can not order square cut, when you ask you’re told it’s not a guarantee. I’ve had to sit in my car and wait because my order was just lost. 1 order of 3 was actually worth it. Just order JJ’s the pizza might not be as good but at least you can order what you want and not be told maybe.
MSI orders from Bam often for lunch. We recently tried The Ghost Pepper Sauce & Honey Garlic sauce with the chicken wings. Both sauces were excellent :)
Their pizza are ok but what pizza place doesn’t give you one topping for a extra large pizza they are considering cheese as you’re free topping I’m not going to support this place anymore nice job trying to justify you’re menu
Never really had a problem before but tonight I order pizza for the family and after i call in the order, the lady repeats my order. When I get the pizza, they gave me the wrong one. When I called, they told me that the pizza that was a mistake was what I ordered. So not only did I get the wrong pizza, I got charged for the wrong one even though the lady who took the order repeated the correct order back to me over the phone. Not to happy that I am stuck with this because the kids don't like the toppings but I'm stuck with it
We order from here frequently and have always had a great experience. Tonight I placed an online pickup order, got there in 30 minute and the placed was packed! I went in, they said it would be 5-10 minutes, so I waited outside. 15 minutes went by and went in to follow up. A guy with a big beard and a red shirt had made eye contact with me while I was outside and when I went back in. He seemed genuinely concerned about my long wait. After I got my food he made it a point to yell out "thank you! Happy New Year!" Class act and great food!! Thanks, Bam! Happy New Year!!
The first time we ordered the stuffed pizza and a salad! Was so good we couldn’t stop talking about it. The best pizza around here.
