I'm just going to be honest. I have been waiting for years for you to sell cheeseburgers since I really only like the Italian sandwich (which you got rid of) and after I bought 1 of each of the cheeseburgers to try. Well they weren't that good very disappointed in them I dont know who taste tested them or what kind of controlled environment taste tested them but they tasted like garbage. Sorry big fail on that one

This is one of the places I try again every great once in awhile in the hopes it will get better. They are always out of something, and many times it's the roast beef. Imagine going to MCDonalds or Burger King and them being out of the Big Mac or the Whopper - it's their signature sandwich, it would never happen!I'll try again, hopefully next time they will have all the regular menu items.

Every time I come to this location I remember why I can’t. Drive thru worker can barely take my order and it was very simple. Then they give me a pop with pop overflowing out the top so they had to dump the remainder on the ground before handing me a cup covered in pop to put in my cup holder. Then they forgot my 2 for $6 classic roast beef sandwiches, thank god I caught that before I got all the way home. I ordered a 6 piece mozzarella stick and I only get 5. No marinara sauce or arbys sauce, another thing I caught when checking the bag. Also, they NEVER give a receipt and my order is wrong every time. When I asked them for my receipt they told me they can’t give receipts when the customers pay cash… YA RIGHT. The workers are sketchy. Makes me wonder how much free food they enjoy during their shifts when they are jipping customers of their food. Wish this establishment could be ran right so I can enjoy Arbys again.

Customer service was a -7 out of 10. Order a large water for the cup to be over flowing. She then dumps the water cup out as I’m reaching for it so it spills on my hand. And she gets mad that I looked for a napkin in my car instead of grabbing the cup out her hand. Then I ask her for some and she ignored me until I had to demand some then she slide the window close and for me to get home and my fries cold my sandwiches are cold smh every time I come here it’s trash. I should of learned the first time smh

Food was good the service was good as far as we know because they're drive-thru my kept cutting out phone that it was good they need to get that fixed

Jamoca shake tasted like vanilla....had no flavor. Cold fries. My chicken sandwich was also cold and had way to much honey mustard. It was driving out. The whole thing tasted like honey mustard. Being short staffed might affect the timeliness of getting your order but it should not affect the quality.

Save you're money.There's a better Arby's in Hobart off US 6This used to be a great location but new employees and poor staffing lead to rude employees and messed up orders.Not going back to this Arby's anytime soon.

Ordered the mac n cheese. It's not cheap but it is tasty. 1 star because the small cup it comes in should be filled. Not the case. It was only half filled with mac n cheese. Got scammed!

The curly fries and buffalo chicken bites are mouth-watering and delish!! Extremely hospitable customer service as well ☺

The service was extremely slow. The floors all over the store were sticky. I mean loud sticky. Every table was dirty with crumbs on them. The counter tops were not clean as well. The food was not worth the wait. I was embarrassed that I brought my kids there to eat. We will not be back for drive thru, take out, or dine in.
