I went here with a friend and for starters I ordered a pina colada which was not good at all. It had a weird taste to it so I sent it back with the waiter. I ended up getting a strawberry margarita and when I went to drink it there was a long hair across the top of my drink smh. At this point I was ready to go, but again I was there with my friend who suggested the place. She’s been there before and said it was ok, so I tried to be a good sport.As we were waiting on our food I heard a waiter tell someone else they just ran out of rice and they have fries. I thought to myself like dang, I’m glad we got here before them… about 10 minutes later they bring my friend’s plate with fries. I asked the waiter did they run out of rice? Why didn’t they tell us, they just assumed that we’d be ok with tacos and fries. As we’re talking about this she goes on to tell me that my food had been dropped so they had to remake it. While I’m glad they remade it, at this point I was ready to go elsewhere, but my friend was eating.A few minutes later this lady comes up to our table asking about my drink that I didn’t like. I thought she was coming to make things right, but this lady (Maria) told me that, “she tasted the drink herself and it was fine, next time don’t order it” she was rude and defensive. We thought she was the manger so we told her our experiences so far and she just walked off, no response whatsoever.Shortly after she left my food had come and when I asked the waitress about it she said the rude lady (Maria) was the bartender who made my drink. This woman was really upset and took it personal that I didn’t like my drink! She came to confront me about it. I asked for the manager, this was ridiculous. Instead of going to get a manager my waitress told me that he was busy! Like what manager is too busy to attend to their establishment??Eventually she did go to get her manager who confirmed that he indeed was too busy to come out, but if we wanted to wait he’d be free in about 30 mins. Oh and they had rice now if we’d like some. Worst customer service ever, I’d never visit this place again!
If you have not try'd Amigos , called now Cinco De Mayo, You must give it a try again. Its big now, as they have expanded. Quick seating, delish food. Large portions. We took half of are meal home for an extera meal each . You can't go wrong with the steak and eggs . The arancheta is soo good. And my husband love the shrimp fajitas.
Literally the WORST menudo I have ever had. There’s no taste to it but the bitterness of whatever chile they used to make the soup part. Oddly the meat was really dark looking, and seriously so tough. Very disappointed. My Chile rellenos, and torta were good but the rice and beans were not. Meh. I should have gotten Chinese food.
Our server kaylin was awesome. We came to try their Margarita tower and it was 88oz total and we literally drank all 88oz of it. Kaylin even chatted with us while we finished it up. She was definitely an awesome server. So please ask for kaylin when you visit the restaurant. Meal was so good too. I got the shrimp fajitas skillet. ❤️??
We are new in town and we had been looking for a nice Mexican restaurant. We were a little skeptical but once our food arrived we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go back.
Our favorite local restaurant. We love heading over on the weekends to dinner. Staff are wonderful. Food is great and drinks phenomenal. Once you found a great restaurant why go anywhere else!!!
Pork was burnt only one shell for tostada fell apart trying to eat it. Very disappointed this time.
Amazing authentic Mexican cuisine!! Very happy with everything and wonderful experience. The staff is very nice. Will return here again for sure.
Amazing food!!! All of it made from scratch Aaron and his family run this place. Amazing customer service best Tacos, fajitas , horchata , & margaritas and they have expanded nice Bar they didn't have before. Just wonderful people check them out ? you will not be disappointed
I have always had good experiences with this place, but for some reason tonight it was bad. I placed and order and had to wait 40 minutes for my food. The guy at the counter tells me it would be like 15 minutes. 15 minutes go by and I go to the counter, the guy says oh it will be another 15 minutes. So now those 15 minutes go by and then get told another 5 minutes. So I waited 40 minutes for my order that should have been a 15 minute wait. In that time several people came in and placed orders and got their food before they even bothered making mine. It's like they forgot about me until I kept going to the counter. Really horrible experience tonight. I guess I shouldn't have placed an order for a few dinners. Not sure if I will be back. Gonna look around the area for a different Mexican food restaurant. Very disappointedEDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSESo the owner responds by telling me that I wasn't the only one to experience this. How about teach your workers to follow up on making sure the orders get filled in the order that they are taken. What would have happened if I didn't keep coming back to the counter, you would have forgotten about me because no one bothered to put my order in. That's bad business. everytime I come in I spend around $50.00.
