No onions no meat on nachos bell grande. Ordered extra sour cream and mild sauce didn’t get. Won’t order from here again. Had Uber eats deliver which was good service.
I ordered a grande toasted breakfast burrito with steak.. I got a tortilla shell with eggs nacho cheese, and bits of steak thinner than my wallet. I won't even go into what my wife's sausage crunch wrap looked like.
An item was left out of my bag from the drive through. I went inside to try to get the item I paid for and stood at the counter for at least five minutes. Not one person looked at me so I can get their attention to get the item that I paid for. Even the manager walked by and didn’t look at me. I just left because I didn’t want to have to make a scene. ?
We waited like 15 minutes in line for our food. They were out of steak and chicken, so no big deal, right? We finally get our food and the quesadilla I ordered was literally missing a slice. Why are you taking my food? This is what happens when you turn a bank into a Taco Bell.
New GM Josh Shaffer is amazing. This store is now in the top 25 in their district for sales and service times. This store has greatly improved in two weeks
This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. Either understaffed or incompetent (maybe both). There is always a long wait and a high likelihood of the order being made incorrect. There are two other Taco Bell’s within 5 miles of this one and I highly recommend going to those.
Pulled up and was told they were temporarily closed for 20 minutes to make new product. I waited then was told No ice, no baja zero, no ingredients for Mexican pizza I finally cancelled my order and went to mcdonalds
Dont ever go back to this to taco bell. I just wanted to eat my food. But the dessert Cinnabon was burnt and rock soild. My pizza was smashed by the overly excessive amount of sauces they threw into my bag when I just asked for 5. My tacos virtually no cheese or chicken... if you want better service goto the one off 82nd street in Indianapolis or the one in Fishers even thoub gh they're not open late... ? how can you not have beef ready could it possibly be because half of your employees are outside quite possibly because no one's doing their job anymore
Pretty clean environment. Went in when no one was there. One girl was watching elearnings for a job with taco bell. Ordering was easy with the kiosks. Order came out super fast and was great.
This place either needs to be shut down, or completely re-staffed. Literally have never come here and NOT had an issue. Extremely long wait times, missing/wrong items, cold fold, etc. I understand turnover at fast food places, but holy cow. Terrible.
