Making someone that is in line wait to make multiple subs for an online order is extremely rude to the customer that is standing and waiting in line. I will not be eating at this location again.
Staff is rude and difficult to work with for no reason. Not planning on returning to this location.

Very clean store. Was able to make our sandwiches right away. Bread was fresh and ingredients were fresh also. Dealt with several employees and they were all very nice. Only downside they did not have bbq sauce

Placed an order on Wed to pick up food today! This was for our Christmas gathering for tomorrow. My card was charged $43.46. Arrive and they have no record of it. Not even sure if they do it. We do this every year! Really?? You all will get an ear full from my husband on Monday. Merry Christmas to you unorganized idiots.
Typically staff is great but today one of the staff was making food and handling all of the money with the same gloves on. He did not change gloves between orders or after handling cash before starting a new order.

4 of 6 online ordered subs were made incorrectly, not even close to correct. I asked Tristan to remake them since they were wrong snd then he argued with me about it. I asked to speak to a manager and Tristan was told to remake the subs. He continued to yell at me until I asked him not to talk to me further. Worst experience ever!!!
The staff at this location were very rude to the customer before me and they were not properly prepared for this level of interaction with the the public. I wouldn't recommend anyone visiting until the staff has several additional hours training.
