We are frequent patrons here. Quick, accurate fulfillment of our made-to-order subs. Clean dining space. Employees not overly friendly, but also not rude. I'm willing to overlook the lack of Hoosier Hospitality for an accurate order though because no one likes to open a sandwich and find undesirable toppings or condiments.
the customer service is horrible and it has been the past 2 times we have gone here. they are rude and didn’t thank us for buying from them. they are also very overpriced! way more that other subways around town. 2 foot longs alone were over $20. we will not go back!
It was tasty, although a bit hastily made and lighter on the seasoning that I would have preferred, but still good.
Incredibly poor customer service experience. Was rudely informed that they could not take coupons, any coupons, with no explanation as to why. Put me in an awkward situation with my kids as we came here to use a 3 foot longs for $17.99 coupon. Instead, I ended up having to spend $36.65 on 3 foot longs and 1 six inch. No apologies, no offers to edit to make it happen, and didn’t even advise to order in the app and it should work. Then rudely made the sandwiches without putting hardly any tomatoes or lettuce on them. As I sat and ate, I watched the employee to continue to disrespect all the other customers. It was a very frustrating and sad experience. Really challenges my view of subway.

I've never had a more rude or hostile person to deal with. I'm pretty sure that's the owner. I asked for more banana peppers than the 6 rings he was willing to put on and he got outright hostile. Over banana peppers. I told him to keep the half made sub and left.

The worse Subway location in this area. My first and last time coming here.The employee was very rude. He didn’t want to give the normal amount of veggies that a Subway would normally give. My fiancé asked for more veggies and he huffed and puffed so loud as if he was getting on his nerves. They put way too much oil and vinegar on my sub that the sub went through the wrapper after I asked for a little. My bread was so soggy. I didn’t finish it because it wasn’t good at all. They give you less ingredients for more money. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to this location.
