I've been to several locations.... the burgers are never hot!! I've even taken it back and they have "remade it".... so not hot! I'm so over this place! It's just hard to find fresh food now days!
Diamond is absolutely wonderful! She greeted us and you can tell she has a heart for servanthood! Thank you also to the manager for having a great team!
New interior at this location includes an order kiosk, no wait staff per se, but they have dine in, take out, and drive through. We were not familiar with the order kiosk and someone came around to help explain the screens and some assumptions were outlined. You can serve yourself on drinks and condiments. It's a new world now, but I have to say we had the best service ever and the food was fresh, arrived hot, and was very tasty!
Nothing makes me want to write a review more than bad customer service. Took my kids out at one of their favorite restaurants for dinner. We ordered and received our food quickly. Everything tasted great. However we ordered 2 milkshakes that did not come with our meal since my kids were almost finished with their dinner. I went up to the counter to inquire where they were. While standing at the counter, 3 employees looked at me and not one of them offered to help. After 3-4 minutes I decided to walk over to the door by the restrooms behind the pop machine. I caught the eye of a waitress, I asked politely that I had 2 milkshakes with my order and they didn’t come. At this point my children were finished with their meal. The waitress with dark hair and two braids, walked over to the window got my shakes and did not say 1 word to me. Just handed them to me, then went back to biting her nails. The rudeness is one thing but putting your hands in your mouth then probably touching out peoples food grosses me. We will not be returning to this S&S.
Every time we have gone to this Steak 'n Shake we have never been disappointed. The food has always been hot and the ingredients very fresh.
The fries were fresh and so good! My banana milkshake was good as well!
It had been a long time since I have been at this Steak and Shake. It used to be somewhat dirty and the service was questionable at times. This visit was great. Excellent service from the employees, it seemed clean, and the food was excellent. I hope this continues.
Love the server helping in the dining room. She was 5 stars. Was surprised on the way to order but great help with how. Was a bit disappointed in our burgers. They were very thin and almost couldn't taste them. They have always been thinner than some but had a great taste. Seemed like they cutback just a bit to much.
Honestly for a fast food place this Steak and Shake really brings it! They check on you multiple times when you eat in and never had a drive through attendant be grumpy or rude. They always get my order right. Outstanding customer service.
Food was good and service was great. The kiosk didnt sent our full order to the kitchen but once we showed the receipt they fixed everything and took care of us quickly.
