I pay $13/coffee when I order with Starbucks. So, when it's done wrong, I save it and I take it back and ask them to remake it. I had an experience where they offered to remake a coffee that another Starbucks messed up. I got my coffee filled half way to the top and made with burnt coffee. Why offer to remake it, if you are going to make it wrong. Westfield Rd. Starbucks messes up my order all the time. I will never return to this one. If you're looking for the best Starbucks in town... Clover Rd is where it's at! Ask for Victoria!!!
Starbucks people are awesome with the pups cups! Dairy Queen in Noblesville right on 10th Street! Charges $1.95 for a pup cup! I will no longer go to that dairy Queen in Noblesville on 10th Street! The lady inside is always rude and their product is lacking compared to other dairy Queens.

The staff is great, friendly, fast, accurate, and personable.The restroom during Pandemic was not clean. I know they are busy but with only one working restroom every half hour it needs a thorough cleaning.
Ordered online before I left the house, stopped at Speedway (nextdoor) Mobile app shows it should be ready at 8:30. Show up at the store at 8:25 and the lobby is packed can't even get over to see if it is ready. Finally make my way to the pick-up counter and it isn't ready yet. Waited in the store until 9:10 and asked the gentleman how much longer his response were there were still several ahead... Please update the app to show the true expected pick-up time. I can't believe more than an HOUR wait... This location is ridiculous. Difficult to get in and out of often the line extends into the road.

Bro passed us our drinks without looking back, and one of the drinks lid was off and he was squeezing it and it spilled in our car and he didn’t even look. He just closed window and left us in coffee stained clothing. I gotta take a shower now
It definitely depends on the time of day you go. I've been there three times I've got my coffee at a good amount of time once. Waited over 20min the other two times, but it did taste good!
