Typically a good family place, this visit was mediocre.There was plenty of seating and no wait on a busy Sunday afternoon. The food was tasty, and drinks were cold.I'm aware finding good work is hard these days; adjusting for that, there's still room to improve. We waited for a good portion of our visit for our first round of drinks. Also, kids' food came out fast but was dropped off without giving us any silverware or napkins. A good part of our visit was waiting for things, which is tough with impatient kids.Staff was friendly, just slow. If we were not at the mercy of ravenous children and were able to go without drinks for a while, I would have given 4 stars.
I'll probably never be eating here again. Did an online order for the 1st time and and they want to charge you for a tip for you to come pick up your own food. Food that they mess up. Which in turn messes up your bank account when you try to get a refund from them so now I have a full charge of the original order and an additional charge of the other half of the order so I was charged twice for wings and an involuntary tip. Also tried to order a drink to go and it was twice as much then it would be to dine in. Not only was the Burger that I had ordered messed up but but the side of sweet potato fries we literally counted 12 fries not even a whole side. When I went in to pick up my food the original hostess was rude. When I called to explain the order mess up they were very unorganized. Keep in mind it wasn't very busy during the time that I went there.
Red Robin makes delicious food. Their Monster Burger is great! The fries are good, too. My husband and I each belong to their Royalty Club and we both got free burgers and fries for our birthdays! We also like the pretzel bites with beer cheese.
2nd week in a row we have been there. Moderately busy and we got in sat in Jordan section who was our server. Second time with the server too. My daughter and I decided we would ask the waiter for a sample of all the free dipping side sauces. Jordan didn't blink and eye. Got us all the sauces and even my wife joined in on the taste test. Campfire Mayo was the best. Bottomless strawberry lemonade that can be its own meal. Service was outstanding. Tip your good servers well and your great servers even better!!!! Burgers my daughter and I had were great, fried pickles were a little salty but great experience
the service was horrible the burger I ordered wasn't even cooked I asked for well done uhh recommend BJ's down the road unless you want uncooked.food stay here at red robin nastyyy
the only negative was the hostess, she definitely didn't want to be there. the first time at a Red Robin I enjoyed the food and our waiter was awesome. I will come back. thank you for making my lunch date with my trucking husband a pleasant one.
Was very good today . it was my birthday so I got a free burger . Left $7 tip on my $3 dollar drink .
Wasn't busy at all but still waited at the front for 15 minutes to get seated. Two more parties of two came in after us, one of them was addressed AND served before we were even acknowledged. AFTER we reviewed the menu and the waitress brought our drinks, we ordered the fish and chips and was then told they didn't have that. She did the same thing to the other party. During Lent, you are out of fish? We ended up with burgers that were supposed to have BBQ on them, I sure didn't taste any. I also asked for a dill spear on the side of which they put pickle chips on my burger, so they don't understand directions either. Big disappointment as we hardly ever get out, mom is 75 and all I wanted to do was treat her. Next time I'll take her somewhere else. I'm easy going but this left us both wishing we'd just stayed home. Update; their customer service department isn't any better. They responded to my original post and asked me to email them so they could "make it right", 2 weeks with no response. I wouldn't give you one star if I didn't have to.
Burger was charred black not good sad because I always love a burger but everything else was good and delicious
Nothing like a quick bite to eat with some delicious burgers. The fries were good and our server was fantastic. We went during an off time, so we didn’t have to wait long for our food. No complaints with our meals.
