I love Qdoba! I really do but both this location and the location on 116th street I have had consistently terrible service. I tried to place my order online but the app hasn't worked in a couple weeks. Even though their hours say 9/10, you have to get there or get your delivery order in by 7 otherwise they are packing up and make it clear they do not want to serve you. I walked in at 8 tonight and they only had like chicken and sauce to serve me. I would understand if I walked in 10 mins before close but I was there an hour before and this is not the first time it's happened. Last time, I placed an order for delivery at 7:30, it was accepted and then my driver arrived and told me they had closed. Not worth it anymore. Go to one of the other casual Mexican places around.
Maybe if your employees took there headphones out they could hear something paying 20$ for a meal to get not what I asked for is ridiculous and I’m not repeating myself for the 4th time…..
We ordered 4 bowls using QDoba app. When we arrived to pickup our order AFTER the given time, NONE of the bowls were prepared because they were out of some of the items. No one had the courtesy to contact and tell us that they cannot prepare the order. What is the point of taking my email and phone in the app if you are not going to contact me regarding the order? The cherry on the cake was when I asked for a refund, they said they cannot refund my money until next day because the manager of the store was not there. This is the second time it has happened to me at this QDoba. I am never going to visit this establishment again.
Had to cut up more lettuce at home and add the ingredients they left off-- cheese, sour cream, salsa. Not sure why I was charged $12 each for something that barely fills the bottom of the bowl.
Im trying really hard to like Qdoba. When I first moved here I tried it and the food was great but the service was incredibly rude. Today the service was rude, the food tasted off as well as very small portions. It was $15 for a tiny, under stuffed burrito and a jarritos. Biting into the burrito half of it was just the tortilla folded over on itself. I’ve tried but I just can’t get down with this location.
I’d give this location no stars if I could. We went there specifically for Father’s Day. As soon as we walked in we were told they only had 2 staff (no one else was in there including customers) and they were closed. This was at 12:08pm. But there was food on the line ready and they were putting orders together for GrubHub. I asked if they couldn’t put our orders together (there was only my husband and I). The guy shrugged his shoulders and said “Well I mean…”. I guess we were inconveniencing him and wasn’t interested in sales. The floor was super dirty and my sandals almost came off my feet. We will not be going there again.
This Qdoba is consistently a let down. The food is fine. But, the service is always bad. Today, I showed up two hours after they opened only to be told that they didn't have any food because of the high volume of catering orders. If they can't handle in person orders AND catering, maybe they should adjust how many catering orders they allow.
Waited in line for forever, only for them to tell us they were out of rice, veggies and chipotle sauce. Nobody who worked there seemed to know what was going on. I would go to a different chipotle.
Dine in. Was second to last one to order in our party. They had no impossible meat. So two of us go hungry. No apology, just an excuse that they have no cook. A sign stating that they were out of that would've saved us from wasting our time in a very long line just to go hungry.
Wouldn't recommend this location. They refused to take in person orders and forced only online ordering because of being short staffed. The 2 staff members up front stood chatting for the entire time I placed order online through my phone.
