So unsanitary. Witnessed the employees run their hands thru their hair with gloves on and keep touching burritos. Witnessed them handle cash with gloves on and not change them before making the next customers meal. Disgusting!

Usually love Qdoba , but watching the girl behind the counter making food repeatedly wipe her hand through her hair with gloves on and touch her nose, manage cash register buttons and continue to make the food with the same gloves on, unsanitary is an understatement.

Giving 3 stars for the food, it is delicious. Takeout ready in 10 minutes, HA! Not a single time. In fact, and I mean this to save you time, just add 15-20 minutes to your pickup time, it will save you a headache. Please fix this. It’s very annoying.

Rating 1 star because the lobby and floor at the Qdoba on Mercantile Blvd is so filthy and sticky that my shoe literally stuck to the floor so bad my foot slipped out. Needs a professional commercial deep cleaning.

This location has been experiencing issues for quite some time. The most recent trip crossed a threshold and I finally decided to write a review.Every table was dirty. The dining room floor looked as if it had not been mopped for days. The soda machine was broken, and the drink refrigerator was 3/4 empty. The food preparation line was extremely dirty with food spilled everywhere.Customer service was poor. There were quite a few employees standing around, so it appears as if the recent staffing issues have been resolved, which eliminates that as an excuse for the dirty conditions.

My DoorDash order was very wrong and they don’t answer the phone. This location has really gone down hill.What type of response it that from the owner???

The general manger of this location is rude and basically called me a liar I have call log and also record of the meal last night was messed up she refuse to honor her employee that pretend to be a manger last night cover it on employee and refuse to give what was told on the phone my husband heard whole conversation I was told 3 replacement meals and when I got up to front after they made it she refuse to give it to me witch it went into trash my husband use to work in customer service please if ur corporate reach out to me directly pleasa

Don't mind the name all I can say is how horrible the floors are. Receipts sitting everywhere and when I sat down I found a bowl spilled under my table. Might want to lace up your slip proof Sketchers before walking in pretty unsafe environment. And don't even get me started with the raw chicken I found in my burrito. when I called they basically told me to off myself and I was a liar.

Restaurants HAVE TO stop prioritising takeout orders above people waiting in line at their restaurant to eat. We were waiting in line for 10 minutes while they prepared carry out food, meanwhile there was still tons of bags just sitting there getting cold. Once we finally got our food it was old and lacklustre taste.They have 4 curbside parking places and then on the other side three handicap places so there’s no parking due to they’re pointless emphasis on take out

I love Qdoba. You get what you want, the staff works hard, always tasty.
