Absolutely terrific sandwiches in a great setting. I had never heard of Potbelly before, but by first experience was delightful! I enjoyed the giro but they have all kind of classic chicken, turkey, veggies etc sandwiches. The restaurant had refreshing decoration and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall a winning experience. I look forward to see more restaurants on the east coast!
Finally talked my spouse into a second visit to this location. Usually these places are great for a quick sandwich; and have visited many in other cities. But the pandemic and labor shortage is really showing up at this spot. Sandwiches excellent as always however the carbonization on the drink machine is not working (you find this out after you order a fountain drink). An attempt at a substitution was unsuccessful; you had to buy a bottled beverage. The entrance hand sanitizer not working and no one was busing the tables. Best bet is the order a sandwich at the drive through along with a bottled water or soda. I really would just avoid this location.
I just enjoyed the Italian sub, very delicious.
The “Pizza Melt” was AWESOME. I received great service from the staff as well. I would highly recommend for lunch.

Potbelly's is the best sandwich franchise I've had. Great to see the Indianapolis area has more than the one downtown.
Nice people, but the food was midling quality and seriously overpriced. When I pay Jewish Deli prices and get McDonalds meals, its not a good sign.
Completely butchered our order, nothing was fresh, gave us a major attitude about it, when we got to the window to explain the situation they slammed the window in our face when we were in the middle of talking. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
