I'm the only one in my house who likes Pizza King so I don't order as often as I used to. When picking up my pizza this evening, I was given an OUTRAGEOUS price of $28 for a 16 inch sausage pizza. When I questioned the employee (young man) about the actual total, seeing only $21.89 plus the sales tax just over $2.20, he then explained that the base price was for a crust with cheese and tomato paste and did not include any extra toppings, such ..... sausage!! I was in shock! As I was trying to understand the exorbitant pricing, a voice came from across the kitchen telling me to leave! I told the young man that I would not be coming back and was so disappointed because I have been coming to Pizza King for over 45 years, both in Noblesville and Kokomo and felt it was a very important part of my life and a landmark!! The woman (who identified herself as Crystal (I believe) continued to scream at me to leave!! I stated that I would be leaving as soon as I paid for my order and would never return. She told me to contact Pizza King corporate office with my complaint! I assured her that I would, in addition to the Indiana Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office to inquire about Pizza Kings practice of suppressing pricing at the counter. With regard to the satisfaction of my order, which was a 16 inch sausage pizza with extra sauce and crust well done. The lid was lifted by the young man to verify the addition of sausage to my $21.89 cheese pizza, only to show that the flap on the box lid had dug into the side slices of pizza and the crust was NOT well done. Due to the screaming woman who spent her time ordering me out of the restaurant instead of doing her best to save a long time, loyal customer, I chose to pay for my final pizza from the king and leave the establishment forever. I have 6 grown children with families of their own, I belong to a conservation club with many families as members, in addition to my church group and LA Fitness classes and I will be sharing my horrific experience with all of them. The economical state of this country is worsening with each passing day, making it very difficult for most households to indulge in the luxury of a weekly pizza night, so I can predict with very accurately that they won't be choosing to "Ring The King"!! Pricing at Pizza King in addition to a shrill standing behind a counter screaming at a paying customer is not going to help retain a customer base.
Great pizza and ranch dressing!
I ordered a small pizza with extra cheese, half had no cheese. The breadsticks I ordered cheese dip abs got no cheese. When I called and spoke to the so called manager she said she could remake it but no way to get it to me when I paid to have it delivered by door dash. Bad service and food!
If you havent had pizza kings Royal feast pizza, you really haven't had pizza! Its amazing. Pizza King needs to come over here to Columbus, Ohio!
We dine in at this location. I usually order a 10 inch pizza with mushrooms pineapple pineapple and extra cheese, and breadsticks. My son gets the small cheese pizza. The pizza is little to be desired. It’s always burnt on the crust and even in the middle. There is always a lack of cheese even though I order it with extra. The toppings are scarce as well. My son’s pizza always comes out burnt on the crust and in the middle as well. The breadsticks are very small and are harder than a rock. The sweet tea is terrible, not sweet at all and has very little flavor of tea. The employees are ok, the manager seems rude and is always yelling at the employees about something or another. Arnies in Carmel is a much better establishment.
Great pizza. Love the retro phone ? order from the table.
The pizza is nostalgia, so I could never say anything wrong about it. It's like trying to critic your mom's cookies, you just accept them even if someone else makes them better, mom's is best. 14inch Pepp and Sausage, BreadStix with Cheese and a Pitcher of Budweiser.
My son ordered a pizza and side salad from this Pizza King, S. 10th Street in Noblesville, IN. When he got back from picking up our order, the side salad was ridiculous!! We went back the next day, took the salad, and the manager was very rude. She asked me why we did not let them know sooner. My response was, we did not know till he got back with the order. I told her she should never serve this to any customer! She told me she could not give me my money back because we didn't contact them right away. The Pizza was not great either...the sauce tasted like they opened up a can of tomato sauce and just put on the pizza...sauce was not cooked! We will never go back to this Pizza King ever!! Before you serve food, make sure the food is fresh...they obviously don't check their salads!! The Pizza King in Cicero is much much better!!
Rude manager. Employees said "we're busy" and then continued texting behind the counter, ignored store phone ringing. In the end would not let me leave with the doordash order because I "didn't have the bag", completely wasting my time spent waiting and driving and forcing me to cancel the order, making my rating go down. They need to communicate with doordash that they won't give drivers the food without the bag, pretty stupid policy for a restaurant who has employees handling food without masks or gloves!
Ordered an Order of Breadsticks and felt like they were a half order sad display of breadsticks ordered a Side Salad got the salad halfway through eating the Pizza wife’s coke tasted like Diet Coke my second sweet tea was weak which they took off the bill but Honestly not very Busy at all and asked for extra sauce and extra cheese just tasted bland for being the Royal Feast!! Was not Happy with the Product. Please work on the Quality of your Product and your Service Thanks Unsatisfactory. This was the Pizza King in Noblesville 10th st.
