2 and a half hours to get a delivery is ridiculous. If you don’t have the staff to get deliveries out in a timely manner, then don’t offer delivery.
They were shorthanded tonight and had a bit of wait. But it was worth it, as usual. The cashier was extremely nice, and the pizza was and bread sticks were on point in spite of how busy it was. Thank you!
We like the pizza, but to get delivery you’ve got to go old school and call. You can place pickup orders online but not delivery. We typically just order Papa Johns as they deliver to North Harbor and it’s quick and easy to place an order in their app. If they fix this we’d eat it a lot more often.

Always friendly service and the pizzas are always made as we like.
Canned mushrooms. Pick up in 20 minutes. Got to store and they hadn’t put pizza in oven yet or made it. Had to wait in store for 15 minutes. Could have waited at home. Was asked 4 times what toppings I had. Normally good but probably try a competitor next time. Didn’t even offer drink while I waited
Fast delivery. Not so great pizza. We ordered it well done, and it did not look or taste what we know well done to be. They use canned mushrooms, which isn't a deal breaker (Marco's I'm looking at you) but between the sub-standard crust quality and canned mushrooms I didn't expect to pay over $50 (with a military discount) for a large pizza, 8 wings, and a salad.
After trying most of the "usual" pizza places around Westfield, I had to reach a little further to find other highly-rated pizza places like Pizza by the Harbour. I had never had the pizza but it sounded good and I was nearby. I called in and ordered a large traditional crust with pepperoni and banana peppers. It was just a little over $20 plus a tip. I enjoyed the pizza but I think the price was just a little steep.

Excellent excellent pizza never under cooked always just right just the right sauce just the right cheese just the right bacon.9/24/21 Man I tell you, I don't do many reviews. Never have I reviewed the same place twice. And for those of you with that suspicious bone, I suppose I could be angling for a free pie. From call-in to delivery PIZZA BY THE HARBOUR has set the bar too high for the other locals to reach without a ladder. Tonight's pizza even better than last.
