Oh my god. This place used to be so fast and reliable. Pizza would be delivered quicker than they advertised. Well not anymore. They now use Doordash for deliveries which was their downfall. I lothe Doordash. The drivers never can find our location. The food is late and cold. To top it all off literally NO ONE answers the phone. You just sit on an infinite hold loop listening to the obnoxious papa John's guy. I will never order papa John's again. Sucks because my kids love their food.
I ordered a large cheese pizza and order of bread sticks. It was delivered on time but did not include sauce for either pizza or breadsticks. I paid for and ordered 3 additional sauces. I tried reaching out to them on 4 different occasions to have them refund my sauce and share my thoughts. I did not and do not want anything for free. They did not want to answer the phone. Due to my persistence and their phone ringing a young man picked up the phone and accidentally left me on loud speaker. The female manager and him shared more than one should in the work place. He proceeded to explain to he that he cannot sleep at night without smocking a bowl. If he put as much time into double checking orders and answering phones as he does thinking about smoking week the customers would be in much better shape. He showed compete disregards for the consumers and the "manager let it happen" This was on March 27th 2022 at 8pm. I reached out multiple times on the following days after and still no answer. Examples showing lack of integrity and hard work makes me wonder what else they could be doing or not doing to the pizza. This honestly was not a big deal and is first world problems but it felt like a slap in the face to be just thrown on hold while they chatted up. Not due to them being to busy. Rant over. Fix this franchise owner!
Order from somewhere else! We were told 40-50 minutes for delivery which was fine since it was dinner time. The stoned delivery driver finally showed up over an hour after ordering and gave us cold and soggy food. We had ordered 2 small pizzas, chicken bites and breadsticks. Everything was so nasty we just threw it in the trash and ate cereal. $52 wasted! The chicken bites had very little bbq sauce on maybe 2 of the 10 bites and were cold. The gluten free pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. The bbq chicken pizza had some kind of mystery meat and cold. What a joke of a pizza place and could have got better pizza from a gas station. I tried calling the store numerous times which no one ever answered. Someone can come pick up this “food” and refund my hard earned money.Update: Good luck getting someone to answer the phone at this store. I have called numerous times as well as customer service and not one person answers. They can’t even get the franchise owner to do anything. It’s crazy that a business can get away with this or even worse, allow this to happen to customers.
Unsure of what is going on at this Papa John's, but typically there's an issue when ordering from here. Usually something is missing, which I understand happens. People can be forgetful. However, nobody answers the phone when you attempt to call for a refund. Maybe they should just unplug their phone from the wall if they aren't going to answer their phone..? Who knows. Either way, I enjoy Papa John's. This location... Is struggling. I would not recommend ordering from this one in particular.
Absolutely horrible. The driver took my pizza to a different residence were that resident sent me a text explaining they had my food. I tried calling Papa Johns and they left me on hold for 20 minutes without answering. The lady texts me back the driver came to switch the orders. He then lied to my face about never delivering it to another residence first. I asked for a refund and told him to take my pizza back. He seriously lacked compassion about the situation. Never doing business there again. It was also over an hour between ordering on the app and the driver finally making it to my residence
I placed an order waited for 86 minutes for it to get to our house. The driver pulls up as I was watching the tracker. I went outside and they left, and then I was asked to give a survey on the $90 order I just did not get.Then I called to talk to a manager and am currently waiting for someone to answer the phone other then this annoying joke that has kept going on a loop…..What is the best part of the pizza…the crust.Terrible customer service and on hold for 15 minutes now as I am typing this.
I only wish I could give them 0 stars!! Wrong order, wrong address and even had to hear from a stranger that they had our order! And my favorite part was the stoned delivery guy lied to me right to my face! You need to do better with hiring! Yikes!! Never ordering from this Papa John's again!!
The pizza we ordered was not the pizza we received. I contacted them and they said I would receive a full refund. However, that has not happened. This is a badly run store so avoid it if you can. I love Papa Johns pizza but this store needs some serious training based on the reviews here.
Ordered online at 7pm. Told 30 minutes for delivery. Our pizza arrived at 9 pm. Tried to call three different time and was on hold 15 minutes the first time, 8 minutes the second time and 6 minutes the third. Never got to speak to anyone. I understand being short staffed but quit taking orders and fulfill what you have until you get caught up. I’m not the first person I have heard of having this issue.
I ordered pizza at 3:05 PM and did not recieve my pizza until 5 PM. I called the manager at 4:10 asking where my order was and said his delivery driver is not there yet. He also said it was already made and waiting for the driver. My wife had to be at work in 15 minutes. By the time I recieved my pizza it was not even warm. I tried to call manager back and was on hold for over 20 minutes and then finally hung up. I will never do business with Papa Johns again.
