I love Panera, but they must have been having a bad day. My Thai soup was literally cold. I don't mean lukewarm; it was COLD. Also, I asked them to put no tomatoes on my salad. It seems they added double tomatoes instead. I was not in the mood and in too much of a hurry to take everything back and start over. Also, it appears that they are moving away from their traditional real silverware to plastic that is flimsy and doesn't work very well. The baguette was good.
I came at 10:45am to get breakfast sandwich. I was in line for 15 min with only one customer in front on me. Right before my turn they switch the menu I said no more breakfast at 11:01am
The food is always delicious, but I have yet to receive my correct order first time. I have lived here and ordered from here since they opened a store here. I continue to come back, because they are always quick to fix the mistake. The food is great. I don’t know if the issue lies with the restaurant or the delivery people. Great food, quick to fix issues, but I would give 5 stars if I could just get what I ordered first time once.
Used the drive thru and they got the food out to us pretty quick. My boys like the mac n cheese. I like that the kids meal came with a yogurt.
The service up front was very pleasant, food was good, and dining area was very clean.
Panera is a standard but tried one of their new pizzas: pepperoni and sausage, was ok needed more flavor. This restaurant was clean and friendly, the dining room was small and broken into several rooms.
Food was good! Pricy for the portion sizes. The service was fast and the inside was very clean. Definitely used your gift cards.
I recently visited this Panera and I have never waited 42 minutes for a small order. They were very disorganized with orders coming in that would jump over you. I would not recommend visiting this store if you don’t plan on waiting for a long time.
$8, 4oz maybe 6 of broth soup, nothing chunky about these. Falseadvertising 100%, flavor is good tho, saltyDidn't even give me an apple
Nice place, well appointed but with a big problem. I used the app to order a coffee for pickup. I got confirmation via the app that it was ready. When I arrived, I was unfamiliar with their layout, looked high and low, and there was no one on the floor to ask. I called into the kitchen and was directed to the pickup area. It wasn't there. Back to shouting to the kitchen. They shout back "oh we ignore app coffee orders. Get your own!" So now, getting late for my appointment, I grab a cup and go to pour and the urn is empty... Dry... I try to maintain my composure. Yell back to the kitchen, "You're out of dark roast!" They nod and come out with a new urn. At least I'll get hot coffee. Go to pour cream, and ... The cream pitcher was empty. It's not rocket science to run the coffee area, guys. This store deserved ZERO stars this day.
