Good food! But had to wait 15 to 20 mins to pay due to switching drawers... I ordered my food then my kids received their food.. then was informed they were out of what I ordered.. then received it as a to go order when we were dining in.
My friend and I meet up every other week and usually spend a few hours at minimum catching up. We always order a bagel and a drink and are absolutely amazed at the customer service and quality of food. Lauren, currently serving as cashier, is absolutely amazing and a joy to be served by when we're there.
I always asked for extra dressing because they never fill these sauce cups up enough to begin with. This was suppose to be the “extra” dressing apparently… This is the third time it’s been like this :(
No bread. At Panera Bread. Are you serious? My husband ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with baguette for the side. They are out of baguettes and chips. Only apples. "Do you have a bread alternative?:..."No, because we still need bread for sandwiches." SMH What is wrong with people. So much for Panera "BREAD!"
This is my favorite Panera bread location around me. Always clean dining areas, tables, and restroom. Also, I like how it's easy to refill your coffee by myself instead of staying in line and showing my card to get some more coffee. They offer really good meals. Their food taste delicious and fresh. Their soups are known for good taste.
Me my mom and son decided to eat here for breakfast. The cashier was friendly but not very helpful with the menu. I ordered a chicken avocado wrap and a frozen coffee drink. My son got a large cinnamon roll, and my mom got a bagel with cream cheese. All of that for about 35.00.. The chicken avocado wrap was just alright. There wasn’t very much filling and it wasn’t very warm. The tortilla was also hard. My son’s cinnamon roll was hard and chewy with a lot of white sugary icing that was too sweet. My mom’s bagel was a typical plain bagel. The cream cheese came pre-packaged and you didn’t get very much of it. Overall I would say the food was a little less than average. The frozen coffee was ok. Not too much coffee flavor and the Carmel drizzle was a little lacking. Not worth the price. The service was alright, we didn’t have to wait very long at all.
Terrible customer service. What I don't understand is how you wear your ear pieces and listen to what ever your listening too but you can't acknowledge a customer, but yet you can stare and give dirty looks. If you don't like your job then find a new one. Your in customer service your to treat everyone with respect and happiness not a shifty attitude like you hate the world.
Food is good and hot, quick as well, but make sure if you're doing a pickup, you make sure you have all your items, $40 bill and missing almost half the food is irritating. Calling the store doesn't help, no one answers the phone.
Would give zero stars if I could. I am pregnant and the only food I can keep down is chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl. I ordered some and I received the chicken thai soup with mushrooms instead. I am allergic to mushrooms and needed that chicken noodle soup. Now I am going to spend my time puking on an empty stomach because I cannot eat the soup they gave me.
Went above and beyond with service!! Panera is my go to place when I'm craving a soup and sandwich. I was so excited for a bread bowl and we saw that there was only a side of soup in our carry out order. Josh the manager gave us not one, but two coupons for pick two orders after we called back with the mistake. In today's world restaurants like these can get very overwhelming. Shoutout to wonderful management, a great team and some solid soup. I got my bread bowl :)
