Sorry to say but very slow on window. Had my online order but Doors were shut for lobby entry. Had to stand in drive through 30 min. Behind 4 cars. Gas is still expnsive you know. Enough of that we do not have people to qork excuse.
I forgot to ask for a water in the drive thru, so I once I got up there I asked for a water. The girl was rude and annoyed that I asked for a water. Not good service. I work in fast food, so I know it can be stressful, but all I did was ask for some water, and she was rude.
The food was great, the service was good, but when I arrived at 8, they were mopping the floor and all the chairs were being stacked on the table. They didn’t close till 9. I had to eat outside, which wasn’t a huge deal, just hot.
Cut your bushes in the drive thru lane! We were told we would need to wait 3-4 min for the steak and would need to pull forward to the front of the building. Waited over 25 min. And 6 inch straws do not work on large drinks. Pathetic.
The quality of food is not real great at this location... Vegetables are often overcooked. Portions are tiny. They are also real busy (it's a popular spot) so it's better to order online first to skip the line.
Says they open at 10:30 but doors are still locked and you can see there is no food in the bins yet... so maybe they should adjust their hours to 11:00 as when they open! This is not the first time I've arrived when they said they are open but ate all locked up!
I would give this a higher rating, but they are inconsistent. Sometimes it's the best ever. Sometimes is absolutely terrible. The locking the front door (which appears to be random, or by manager) is REALLY annoying.
The food was edible just not exactly what I expected based on other Chinese restaurants. It reminded me of a quickie mart for Chinese food. I wouldn’t go again.
Service was not too good today. They were only taking one order at a time and the line grew into the street! We waited over 30 minutes to order (ouch!). The drive thru attendant said the lobby is only open to online orders. If I don't remember to order online ahead of time then we won't eat at this Panda location.
Feel sorry for the employees!! I came to dine in and it was SO freezing cold inside this dump I threw my unfinished food away and left…. What a joke!! Turn the heat on for Christ sakes!!
