Just picked up my order. Barely any fried rice. 2 pieces of meat for my beef and broccoli. Like paid 11 for this.
I love this location. During the day, I have had nothing but a great experience. However if you are looking to get food an hour or so before they close… be prepared for little to no options and to wait for the absolute basic entrées and sides.
We both enjoyed our dinner immensely. I like the buffet- style ordering. Clean and neat shop. Staff are always friendly.
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT LOCATIONI never come back to this loction, normally I go to HTC location, the staff was terrible. The Asian girl wanted to do everything, first she didn't serve the food she was requesting, then when it was time to pay, she left us waiting because she was checking the food that another emo man was cooking. The truth is the worst experience in oanda express.
It depends on the staff working that day...some days it's really good, but the last time I ate from there was a Sunday, April 2022, it was bad...noodles burnt, less amount food than normal, and the meat was hard, and some were gummy...
Asian lady took over another employee who was fixing my husband and I platter; I ordered double shrimp which was 2.50 extra. I didn't mind but she barely put any on my platter. I usually go on E 96th st.
We order takeout from this place. I usually get a double order of orange chicken with the lo mein noodles. The servings are plentiful on both items. A lot of the times the orange chicken is so hard to chew you can’t eat it!!! The last time I was here, the chicken was cooked perfectly!!! The lo mein was hot too. My son gets the kids chicken teriyaki with a cookie. They used to give chocolate chip cookies now they give some pre packaged nasty cookie.. no good… As far as the drinks go, they are always out of tea!!! That’s my go to drink and it’s always a disappointment to see. Both tea containers are dry as a bone. I dare not ask if they can make more. They seem to be rushed and not really care about the customers. There is always a long line for food but they are pretty quick to serve. An alright place to eat if they make it on a good night..,
Bowls are not being cleaned properly before switching meats. My husband is allergic to something in the recipes for Kung Pow and Sweet and Sour. I bought Orange and Honey Sesame Chicken for him. He only ate a few piece of each and is having an allergic reaction. This was completely preventable if the dishes were being properly cleaned.
The Angus beef dish I love was burnt. Yep the whole dish tastes burnt. You should always taste before you drive away.
Had lunch here after visiting the fantastic redwing next door. Wish my service was better and food didn’t taste hours old when it’s only lunch time
