What a refreshing dining experience! Just when I thought service standards were gone for good, I happened upon OCharleys for the first time.The service was impeccable. And the food! The menu is huge so it takes a while to decide what you want. We tried so many things- tenders, southern surf and turf ( catfish, chicken, shrimp) salmon steak, ribs. The food was amazing. One steak was not cooked properly . Normally that would cost a star in the rating, but they did make it right and the food was just so tasty I had to give 5 stars.I especially appreciate that the server waited to have us check our steaks before she walked away, and she and manager both agreed it was not properly cooked. In fact, they advocated for us - even encouraged us to scrutinize. What a refreshing change from the last place I went- where they argued about a steak's doneness.We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great meal!
Took my 2 young daughters (5 & 8) here tonight (their choice). The server was excellent and he told my daughters to have a good evening when we left. As a single father, during the course of the meal I made sure they respected him by telling him thank you when bringing our drinks and then again when bringing out our dinner course.When we left I was distracted and apparently left my phone in the booth. When strapping them in their safety belts the hostess, a young lady, came rushing out of the front doors and found us to bring me my phone.Excellent service from the front of the house to the back of the house. An an executive myself priding my staff on service levels, this was all-time. Well done, O’Charley’s Noblesville. Respect all around. - RB
Very much enjoyed our experience at O’Charleys in Noblesville. Sheena, our waitress was very efficient and took what time she had, to converse with us. Excellent food. Would highly recommend the Balsamic Glazed chicken and the Fish n’ chips. Rachel, the manager, was very attentive, following up to ensure our satisfaction and welcomed us back. Definitely would return again. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. Food is usually great. But food and service was horrible. The severs were all setting at a table in the back by Togo having a good time instead of taking care of the guest. Wife’s Louisiana steak was order medium well and it came out shoe leather. I order the club. The bread was rock hard couldn’t eat it. The top shelf appetizer and the caramel pie were great. Erika our server was clueless. Didn’t even offer or bring the rolls. No manager came by to check up on us. No apology or discount on the check. Horrible service especially with only 4 tables in the store. It will be a long time before I revisit this location.
Alex, was a very great and wonderful waitress! My family ate at the O’Charley’s in Noblesville! She was so up beat and very helpful! She was easy to talk to and ask questions!Also Caydence, the Host was wonderful too! She took the time to put two table’s together for my big family!
Just a great dining experience this evening. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our server John was amazing. The food was delicious and there was only a short wait time. We’ll definitely be back
Take the top 5 categories you could rate a restaurant and they are a zero for me. This place is absolutely terrible. My steak was literally gray, dry, flavorless, and terrible cut. Nobody in 10 person party was pleased with thier food. It wasn't busy at all when we went and service was awful. The waiter wasn't rude but messed everything up, took forever to respond to simple request, such as refilling water, and messed up all the checks. Had to give 1 star but it's really zero.
The food is first rate and the service is fantastic. Our server, Johnnie, takes super care of us. Alec, the hostess, sees that we are seated promptly and Rachelle, the manager, checks on us to make sure everything is good. This restaurant is like coming home to family because they make us feel comfortable.
I ordered ribs & chicken tender combo. Husband ordered meatballs & linguine. We both thought our meals were excellent. Our server, Alex, was the best! Very friendly, enthusiastic & attentive. Great service!
My husband and I visited the restaurant for the first time together this evening. Our waitress was Leslie who was one of the most attentive waitresses we've had in many years. We were surprised to learn that she's just recently completed training. We had a few special requests and she delivered above and beyond, without missing a beat.The food was freshly made, served hot, and satisfied our appetites. The serving sizes are generous which left of with plenty to bring home.Rob, a former bartender there, who now waits tables, stepped in to help make an old fashioned for my husband; they also enjoyed some football talk together.My husband, a 39 year restaurant manager veteran, spoke with the Manager who was very cordial and made sure to convey to him personally how pleased we were with our entire visit. We will definitely be back.
