We had three cheese tortellini and pasta with grilled chicken.The food was very good.The service was poor. The young lady taking the order seemed disinterested and at times rude.The man who delivered the food slammed down the pasta and slid the tortellini to me.Is it a prerequisite to be rude to work here?

Did carry out, they missed items from the order entirely and they were out of Buffalo sauce and made the entree anyway without it instead of calling and obtaining an alternative and just hand wrote that it was missing on the receipt. The Caesar dressing also smelled spoiled. No answer on the phone when I tried to call.
First time ordering they forgot my side and drink. The manager was able to refund me for that. I order a second time and they forget my drinks and my potstickers. I tried calling (6 times) they never picked up the phone. I understand that right now some places are short staffed and I'm not even upset I just want a refund for the stuff that I didn't get.

Noodles and Company ? is SO good! I always get the same thing (cauliflower rigatoni with onion & mushroom cream sauce and i add there most delicious crispy crusted pan fried chicken,,,YUM!) (Which I highly recommend trying this way with the added chicken! Also, if you haven't tried the cauliflower Noodles, I really recommend it! You cannot tell the difference at all, and I actually think they taste so much better in this particular dish especially!!! Plus they are so much more healthier for you!!) And today I also tried for the first time the Winsconsin Mac ~n~ Cheese ? ? AND WOW! SOOO SOOO GREAT! Oh man, you HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS if you haven't!!!!! Some of the best Mac and Cheese you can get. There's none better I've found unless you fix your own! Lol! High praises to Noodles and Company! The service at this particular location was also very enjoyable! The guy at register was very friendly and upbeat! I will definitely be back!!!!
It was admittedly late in the day, but our Mac & cheese was way too dry. Probably our first & last experience.

I had never tried a Noodles and Company before, and am glad. Could not have been a bigger disappointment. I ordered buttered noodles with additional toppings, thinking that is fairly simple. The butterned noodles were not cooked and had no taste of butter. Elementary school noodles are better than this place.
Not my favorite place to have eaten. The noodles were dry and over cooked, my partners buffalo mac was bland. The potstickers were really good though. Over all, not terrible but I dont think I'd choose to go back on my own.
