Moe's is a good place to get a burrito that is a definite notch above fast food. Portions are good sized and the chips and choices of salsa are a nice bonus. While it doesn't have the atmosphere of a traditional Mexican restaurant, they get you in and out quickly and the price point is a little lower.
Tasteless food. Didn't get the salsa with the chips, which tasted like cardboard. No tofu in my taco, which I paid for. The steak tasted like rubber. Everything was cold even though we arrived right at pickup time. Sad.
I give this place 3 more months of business before they are out, thumbs this up if you agree. Staff is friendly enough I guess, but the food is down right terrible.A chicken burrito, nachos, a cheese quesadilla and a side of chips & queso should not cost $38 considering the quality and taste of the food is poor.Good luck with any meal you get from here. ✌?
Staff is friendly, they even have whole wheat tortillas. Food is good and they give you a lot of food. I'm not sure what the other people are talking about. Everything is really clean! I love the free chips and salsa, you can even ask for a bag of chips to go! I know everyone might not have the best experience, but everyone in my family and my friends had a positive experience.
PLEASE READFor the people complaining about the drive through, the drive through is now closed and has been for a while due to technology. The staff is friendly and kind. Everything is clean and swept often. Chips are free with every meal and they have a variety of free salsa. Online orders are made quickly so yes they might be cold when picked up.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Food is COLD. Not just luke-warm, but cold. Staff was rude about my pick up order. Sat in their drive thru for 10 minutes. Nobody came. Requested bacon for my online order to be put in my tacos... no bacon. Requested salsa for my chips, got questions.Grills looked uncleaned in ages, burnt food all over them for customers to see, too.
I love Moe’s and this was my first trip to this location. We placed an online pickup order. First they forgot my queso and my husband had to go back in to get it (thankfully we looked in the bag before driving away). Then once I opened my quesadilla to eat, I discovered the pico de Gallo and sour cream that should have been on the side were inside the quesadilla. The steak (an upcharge), on the other hand, was missing completely. So basically completely wrong order and they forgot all the things they charge extra for. Disappointing
We have been a few times, the first week it opened everything was great. Maybe corporate trained or something?Went again and it was OK but everything was cold when we picked it up, okay no biggie maybe the time was just off and they prepped it ahead of time.This last time was extremely bad. We had no guac on our bowl which included guac. The rice was entirely missing. All we had was a ton of Lettice and some pico and beans.My nachos I asked for the chips on the side as you can do when you order and the everything was all stacked up, very little queso was used and it was very runny.Tried to call and just kept ringing. Hopefully its just some staff growing pains but so far I've given it a few chances and keep being let down.
I've been 4 times now and the food is consistently..... disappointing! The burritos are always "almost" warm but usually just cold and and lifeless. As others have mentioned, be wary of the rice! Unless you like it crunchy, you have to pick through your burrito to take out the un-cooked/dried out pieces! Definitely NOT a fan of that.The chips and salsa is about the only positive about this place! If not for that, it would have been a 1 star review!
