The service was very dry from the start and the burger was Luke warm plus the fries. I had to run to my annoyed job so I did not had time to complain.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered nuggets and a happy meal. Tried to use the app and redeem a free happy meal. First window ended up double charging me (charged for the mobile order behind me). Brought it up to the next window. They refunded the double charge after much back and forth trying to figure out what was going on.The topper? They gave us a filet of fish instead of chicken nuggets.
This was the worst day of my life I ordered a total of 30 nuggets and I orderered A total of seven sauces I got zero sauces in my bag I had to eat these disgusting‘s dry nuggets y’all know good know yalls nuggets are and why would she give them to me without any sauce you also did not give me any straws at all. How am I supposed to drink a shake or a slushy or my sprite? This was so inconsiderate. You’ll need to train your workers to bag things correctly and to read over orders more thoroughly.
This happened in the morning. First of all I received the wrong order. When I brought it to their attention, the Hispanic lady wearing pink shirt gave me a really bad look and started shouting in spanish. Horrible experience and will never come back.
Very busy drive through with long wait times. My order is packed incorrectly 1/3 of the time. I suggest going into the lobby at this location.
The Hispanic women working the counter was so rude. A poor old guy was at the counter and asked her for a senior coffee...she told him to use the kiosk. He said he didn't know how. She basically gave him a horrible look but finally took his order. She acted like those of us who walk in the restaurant are 2nd class citizens. No we aren't..we just aren't lazy. We park..walk into your restaurant then we get treated like dirt. My review of your restwill not be good.
Service is slow. Not only inside but in the drive-thru. I had about a almost 10 minute wait in the Drive-Thru before I got up to the speaker and there were only two cars ahead of me.
Ordered iced coffee, I think the water had more flavor. Drive thru moved quick though.
Food is NEVER "hot", order is never accurate! We get pulled every single visit, no matter how small or large the order and I already know then I might as well of went in and ordered take out because I'm going to have to go back in anyways. Always one of the most frustrating experiences and I always leave mad at myself for being a fool thinking it'll be a different experience. Each time I have the hope that "this is the visit" that they turn my opinion around. NOPE, I am wrong. This is the north side store, by the old mound mall wasn't much better but haven't been there in a long time so maybe they've "cleaned house", rarely visit Southside store. Downtown on 14th St. does a pretty decent job-kudos!
I would of gave it 5 stars however the gentleman taking my order was kinda on the rude side. The lady that gave me my food was wonderful and very nice. She even went as far to tell me to have a great Monday. I ordered the Iced Carmel Mocha and WOW! I order this drink every day and I have not had it tasting this good ! Thank You for a great start to my day!
