FIRST OF ALL THE MANAGER JONATHAN YASSS! Thank you! Came in for doordash and ordered food as well. I was like 2 minutes early on my sash. He had all my stuff ready at the same time. Super courteous, very helpful and just YESES ALL OVER THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN AND MY SON’S fries were bomb! ?? you go man!
Everyone that works here managers , drive-through, cashiers. You all are l amazing wonderful People on another note all you entitled Noblesville people Starbucks and Ugg boot type go charge a Tesla at Kohl’s it’s not hard to be patient and kind people make mistakes I know you’ entitled people never understood that but be nice ! And again everyone that works at McDonald’s on Conner street noblesville are amazing so please pay them more !
Drive thru folks not nice at times. Waited once for a drink for 10 minutes.and I left to go to appt. Never got my breakfast drink.
It's McDonald's lol... Not expecting a 5 star experience. They messed up my order but the food I did receive was hot and seemingly fresh.
Very dirty. One trash can in lobby and it was full so of course most was on the floor. Waited almost 10 minutes to get waited on. Ordered one MC flurry, one Carmel frappe and one small fry and had to wait another 20 minutes just to get my order. Oh failed to mention my wife and I was the only customers in the whole building. however there was six workers there who seem not to mind that we were just standing there waiting why they talk and giggled and laughed doing nothing. I myself will never return to this location.
Super busy when we came. They didn't quite get our orders right, but we got what we wanted with some additional stuff. The manager was polite.
GROSS! 1. Ty for charging me for ranch & not giving it to me. 2. Ty for charging me for a medium fries that was the same amount as my husband's fries. 3. Ty for giving me an older Big Mac. 4. Ty for fries worse than Wendy's old fries 5. ty for reminding me why I haven't eaten at McDonald's for 31 years... HERE'S TO ANOTHER 31 YEARS WITHOUT MCDS ???
Can't understand anything the person at the check out is saying, bc they don't know any English. He got my order completely wrong bc he couldn't understand me. This has happened multiple times. And no one else comes to help him. Food is good, service sucks
4 employees walked past me at the register and did not offer to take my order or even get someone to take my order. Finally the person who was supposed to take my order came from the back of the restaurant after I waited 7 minutes out of my 30 lunch time . Another 4 minutes to recieve my order. So I had 19 minutes to scarf down my lunch and return to work. The fast food service industry has gone to hell. Staff just does not care about customers anymore.
Screw how slow this place is. The workers are rude and they don't mess with helping dashers. Drive thru is thw only importance. Just makes me reviews look bad because they want to be stupid and not FIFO their orders.
