Came on a slow Saturday and the children that were working provide terrible service. There’s 5-7 pple behind the counter and one grumpy girl working the register. Come on Carmel… ur better than this.
I have never seen bullying amongst staff members more than I saw tonight. 3 families got up and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. There is a female manager here that is the definition of a bully. Two of the female staff members verbally attacked another very kind and hardworking team member. I have never witnessed something so horrid in my life. Kids can’t go here. This place is horrid. Will never eat at McAlisters again. I will be back to let this post know if senior management or owners handle this in any way shape or form. Stop bullying. Shame on you. I should have recorded it but I was honestly in shock.
We went to the McAlister's in hamilton town center, Noblesville IN tonight, a Wednesday at 7pm. The "manager" on duty and the staff were all loudly BULLYING another staff member. Total power trip and group mentality. All the other tables got up and left, some scolding the staff for their poor behavior. We immediately asked for the general managers/franchise owners name and info and the "manager" on duty said that info wasn't available. SUPER rude, unprofessional and downright hateful. The entire staff except for Paul need to be replaced.
Comments like this make me feel like a Karen and I promise I'm not a Karen! I'm not sure if it's the Pandemic or not, but this place has taken a turn unfortunately. I completely understand that the Pandemic has created a shortage of help especially in the customer service industry. We order food To Go from this location at least once a week and I end up coming back up to get items that they forgot from the order or got wrong. We have collected a lot of gift cards due to the errors with the orders over the past year. We appreciate the gift cards but appreciate the quality, service, and experience even more. My last visit wasn't the best visit but the team lead or Manager wasn't getting the support from her team that she needed. I won't mention his name but, there's definitely a wildcard on the team and his conversations weren't appropriate for the customers or team members. The manager and team members had to pull him aside more than twice to address his outbursts in the little bit of time that I was there. He wasn't bringing harm or threatening anyone but the conversation definitely could've taken place away from the counter or not at all. My family really this place but some of the team members and frequent order errors make it hard to enjoy this location.
The food is always great! The employees however are always playing around and not paying attention to the customers. I waited entirely too long for my food. Their was also 2 teens in the booth behind me that were spying on someone next to them. They were laughing and jumping in the booth so I changed seats and confronted them. I feel if there was an aduld in there things would've been different.
I love McAllisters and always loved this location. The last three visits have been very disappointing. I do not mind waiting for my food; I know everyone and everywhere is short staffed. I was disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was, the feeble attempt to clean by staff, and the number of patrons cleaning their own table, including myself. The staff members clearing dishes and cleaning were on their IPhones, adjusting their iPods, and focused on their devices, not jobs. The floor was horribly dirty under all the tables and remained so. The tables that did get sprayed remained wet, and the yellow substance came off on diners clothing. It was sad to watch and somewhat ruined one’s appetite knowing you were eating in a dirty area. Perhaps employees should leave their devices in their pockets? Sad…
I Very Much REGRET my Decision to Eat Here! Been Years since I'd Eaten at a McAlister's! Now I Will Probably NEVER BE BACK! Our sandwich had 1 thin slice of Roast Beef on it and the Potatoe was Old at Best and Very Over Cooked!
Lots of dirty tables and staff upfront talking instead of cleaning tables!! Had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at☹️
I don’t even want to address food situation i’m very disappointed with the taste of this place and the mac n cheese was so bad that my 5 year old son don’t even like it!!! what 5 year old don’t like mac n cheese And the guy named tariq at register messed up are order many times very disappointed in the store!!!!!
Food's great. However, can you please give me more mac and cheese than less than half the container size? It was $1.50.profit margins can't be that narrow lol
