The pizza bowls were excellent, my kids liked the regular pizza and my wife said that the gluten free pizza was good. We also enjoyed the wings. I should have noted that this was my first time ordering from Marcos also! We will be ordering again, I am sure of my it.

Fast, hot, delicious, good value, courteous caring staff. Been a Marco's customer for 7+ years here and in other cities. Why go anywhere else?

I bought a large meat pizza and at that time it was on sale if you picked it up. It was ready in 10 minutes and had just the right amount of cheese, sauce and meat. My family loved it.

Asked them to remake my cheese pizza because it was burnt, so they did and gave me another burnt one (pictured). $1 per wing and no bigger than a quarter (also pictured). Horrible customer service and disgusting food.

The only issue I have is that they don't use fresh mushrooms, other than that suuuuuper yummy!!!

Don't bother. We placed an order over the phone... they some how did not enter into the system even though they gave us a price. When we went to pay and pick it up there was nothing in the system. We ended up ordering Donatos instead. Don't waste your time.

Great pizza, great employee's. Website has a glitch that auto corrected my address and sent my pizza to the neighbors house.

My husband and I ordered a pizza and some wings at 6:24pm on Friday the 28th JAN.2022 and it said that it would be 7:45 for delivery. We were fine for this delivery time. When we called and talked to Jessica at 8pm to see where our pizza was,(cause it was out for delivery per tracking app) we got hung up on more than 5 times. I told her that I wasn’t mad just wanted things to be explained to me and she replied with ”What else do you want me to do?” I said “Just be nice” , she AGAIN HUNG UP ON ME. Than when I called again and she answered again and I told her that I just wanted a refund and she again hung up on me. The time now almost 8:45pm and My husband than called back and I got on the phone and told her that I’d been hung up on too many and she than preceded to tell me that she refunded me and I asked her when and she said 2-3 mins ago, (after she last hung up on me). This is terrible customer service. My husband did call back and told Jessica that he wanted to owner to call him tomorrow Jan 29th. So we shall see what lies ahead for us and this experience. I’m sorry to say that If I was owner that I would not be employing people that can not handle stressful situations. We understand being short on employees cause of Covid, what we cant understand is being mean to customers who spend their money at their establishments. I hope that something is done to correct this. I would rather run the store myself (owner) than any amount of hateful ones running my store. That alone will drive your business to close.

Placed an order at 6:30 for requested delivery to be at 7:45. It is now 8:40 and it still says prep on the tracker. I called the store a little bit ago, finally answered and the employee who answered asked to please hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up, called back he answered again, he asked me to placed on hold, I said no I will not. He asked me what he could help me with, I told him it had been 2 hours since I’ve placed my order. Employee said he was the only driver for the night and very short staffed. That delivery orders were 2 hours backed up. I told him to maybe let the customers who have placed orders there is a longer wait, and the employee insisted they did not have enough staff to let any customers know. The employee was getting an attitude and hung up on me. I tried calling back, he picked it up and hung up again. I get there is employee shortage but the customer service is AWFUL. I have ordered from this location a handful of times over the last couple of months. I have left 2 good surveys, and after this I will NEVER order from this location again. We enjoy the pizza, but it’s not that good to be treated like this. There are so many other pizza places in the area where you don’t deal with this.

The pizza was fine, pretty much the same as any quality chain restaurant. My complaint was the order accuracy, and far more importantly, the customer service. They didn't care they messed up and made very little to no effort to correct it. I guess I'll just stick to the other chains, at least they pretend to want me as a customer.
