We ordered on a Saturday night. Estimate for delivery was 1 hour 12 minutes. At that mark, tracker still said "we're making your order". I tried to call and could not get through. I sat on hold for about 15 minutes. I could not cancel the order online. The driver showed up about 2 hours after we ordered, but we'd already gone to bed.So why am I giving 4 stars? Because the manager personally called me to apologize and said they have been short staffed. I get it, many places are struggling to staff up in this era. The fact that he made time to stop and call me after thier rush was over made me feel valued as a customer. All too often that's not the case anymore.Because of thier customer service, we'll continue to order from them and hope they can get staffed up.
The pizza tracker said the pizza would be ready at 7:12. It wasn’t ready until 7:32 This is the second time in a row it’s been 20 minutes or more off. The tracker assumes the normal time to produce the pizza. It should update until the time the pizza actually goes in the oven so people know when to leave their house. My wife couldn’t even get an update because no one even came to the counter to answer the phones. Love your pizza, know staffing is a problem but if the tracker worked the way it should, you wouldn’t have so many upset customers.
Ate inside with our daughter and grandchildren. We ordered ahead of time to have it ready when we git there. It was right on time, food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Service was great too! Great job! I love Marco's pizza!
The food and pizza is above average. Average being dominoes and pizza hut. I will eat here again for sure. They have a pizza bowl that's freaking awesome! Pizza without the crust!

For some reason I keep getting major stomach issues from them. I have tried the cheesy bread, the normal pizza, the thin crust pizza and salad. I just keep having issues with their pizza. Not sure if it is the sauce or bread or cheese but it happens every time. They might want to work on their ingredients. Sad to cause the prices are decent I just cannot handle the pizza and the stomach issues..
The cheese is so good, the pepperoni is so good, the sauce is so good (it just goes on and on).....
I can’t believe I’ve never ordered Marco’s until recently! SO delicious! I’ve never had a pizza delivered that I had to wait for the pizza to cool off before I could eat it! They do not skimp on toppings like other pizza places do unless you order extra toppings!! Thank you for making delicious and hot pizza!! I wish I had a pic! You just have to trust my opinion.
Teach your manager Jessica it's not polite to argue with the customer then cop an attitude. Poor service. Pizza over baked.
One of my favorite places to eat. And it's not just the pizza, but Dave got some very creative side bowls that mixes things up rather well. I also like the paper liner they use in the pizza boxes. I use those liners as a microwave splash pad and reduce the cleaning in that thing by about 90%. I may have to talk to them about that little product sitting underneath their noses. Someone could market their business on those things!
