I got an order of ribs, with a sweet tea, sides of Mac and cinnamon apples. The only thing good was the cinnamon apples. The Mac and cheese was plain and kinda dry, the roles aren't terrible but are pretty plain too. But the ribs were the worst. My boyfriend and I were eating, he tried it first (first time ordering there) and he complained how hot it was. I'm super sensitive to spicy but tried it anyways. We weren't able to finish them and looked at the menu to see if we missed something. We didn't see it saying spicy or hot on the menu. That's an issue, that can actually hurt people and nobody told us that it was made that way. That would be the first thing I'd tell a customer. Texas Roadhouse was way better than this.

I do want to be impressed by this place. It’s almost a Texas Road House quality but it can’t escape the Applebees identity.Service was great. Loved my server. Fast, friendly and chatty.Food was just okay.Ribs were fall of the bone, very tender, flavor was there but had a bitter taste they didn’t settle well overnight.Mashed potatoes were runny.Corn was good but lacking flavor.Green beans were okay.Mozzarella sticks were good not over or under cooked but it was your basic sticks.Salad looked good, not sure how it tasted was for my wife. She seemed to like her fried chicken n gravy

I haven't been to a logans for some time. I honestly thought they had gone out of business. I was excited to see one while driving so i stopped in for a bite. I hate to say it but Logans has not aged well. I gave a two star review. One of the stars is for great service. Skylar was my server and he was top notch. The other star was for the lightning fast speed with which my food arrived. The atmosphere was also pleasant. I ordered Fried mushrooms as an appetizer and the 16 oz ribeye with Caesar salad and waffle fries as my sides. I enjoyed the waffle frys and the Caesar was fairly good. When I ordered my steak I told Skylar medium rare and that if they had to lean one way or the other lean medium. I said I'd accept medium, medium rare or anything in between. When my steak arrived I cut into it and honestly couldn't tell how done it was based off of color because the steak was not a color that I'm familiar with steak being. It felt done under the push test but It was such a poor "cut of meat" that it kind of didn't have color. It was kind of gray and not because it was well done. In no world was it fire grilled over mesquite. That baby was broiled at best. It reminded me of a ponderosa steak. Maybe me thinking Logans had went out of business was prophetic. I implore you, go to Texas roadhouse or longhorn I did my best to capture the weird color and texture of the stake but I don't think my phone can actually capture actually capture how bad it was.

When people go out to eat they are hungry so when you say the wait will be 5-10 minutes it better not be 15 which it was mainly due to the girls catching up on gossip rather than focusing on customers. Our server wanted our order before we looked at the menu, the rolls he brought had been left to rise too long and tasted like paper. Then we waited and waited and our steaks came before our salads and then the salad came with the wrong dressing. Our drinks were refilled only after we flagged him down. Very disappointing and not sure we will go back.

The service was fine. Ordered steaks which were tough and just didn't have a great flavor. I have eaten there before and had a great meal so I don't know if they were just having an off day.

My girlfriend and I went there today for a quick early Dinner. The Host was not very upbeat or "happy" to be there. We were told to wait 10 minutes when our table was ready the whole time. Our waiter took our orders. We ordered the pulled pork fries and there was not much meat on it and had way too much ranch on it. As we were eating that we saw the host and hostess eating right in front of us. We also saw the kitchen staff eating right inside of the kitchen where we could clearly see them. Moving on to our order I ordered a caeser salad with my New York strip and never got the salad until I had to remind him when I got my meal. Mind you, our order took almost 40 minutes and the place was not busy at all. My girlfriend also ordered steak and the steak was pretty much raw. So we had to let them know and the waitress who brought it back was extremely rude, did not say a word or apologize or anything. Our waiter cussed multiple times and was incredibly unprofessional complaining that the Kitchen was taking forever. I understand during this time it has been incredibly hard to have a full staff, find good people, etc. I understand people have rough days and it is tough in the food business. I always make sure I am respectful to anyone working customer service and I always make sure I tip at least 20 percent no matter how bad. I worked in the food business for many years and know what it is like. Its not always the best job as I understand. But if I pay 72 dollars, it isn't busy, and it's only a party of two, I expect to have somewhat good service. I have never written a review on google but I had to take the time to write this as it was incredibly disappointing. My girlfriend and I won't be coming back anytime soon as this was one of our favorite places to go.

Food was ok, but not everything was hot. Seemed as if some of it was placed on plate and sat to cool off. 2 pieces of broccoli as an extra side seems a little skimpy. Waitress did not bring drink refills when asked, after waiting with empty glasses, or rolls. There were numerous empty tables, so it was not because of overload of customers. Our bill came to a little under $40. I had $50 gift card. She asked if I needed the card back or just place the rest as a tip.Seriously? 25% tip for bad service? But I was ready to walk out--- so I said, "sure." Am I wrong to think that was rude?Don't think I'll be going back.

Delicious! Our wait tme was around 30 minutes but well worth it! Shout out to Dre' for awesome service from start to finish! ??

Great service and amazing food. I had a medium cooked ribeye that was perfect with some fries that tasted amazing! Our servers name was Cody and he was the BEST server ever. He was extremely polite, friendly, and overall great!

I order mashed potatoes and meatloaf. The mashed potatoes were almost like soup. The meatloaf wasn’t made but frozen. The cinnamon roll was stale. The icecream they but under the mashed potatoes so it was melted. Wish I could remember where I ordered meatloaf before. It was good. I’ll never order from here again. This is the first place I’ve ordered from that I can remember getting stale food. It was so hard I didn’t eat it.
