I would give 0 stars. Ordered online and when I arrived there was a note on door. Closed Sorry oven broke. Tried drive through next day, ordered and was told 10 to 15mins so I went in Kroger, bought a few things, went back and there was about 4 people standing around waiting. I asked about my order( it’s been around 25mins already) and was told they were waiting on chicken to cook. Waited another 15mins and told them I wanted my order or give me refund. Still wasn’t ready. Rude employees. Couldn’t get a refund. Never got my food. Tried the one on Allisonville. Was told at6:30 they weren’t taking any orders. They close at 11:00pm. Pathetic. How are they still in business?

Placed online order that included 2 liters of Sierra Mist and Root Beer. Show up and they don't have them and refuse to give a refund. Had no other 2 liter non caffeine options for my kids. I understand having inventory shortages. I don't understand with not giving refunds when your online system let's people buy what you don't actually have. That's called stealing. Bait and switch.

Pulled in to parking lot and seen employees standing at a car out behind drive thru. Walk in and wait about 5 minutes and no one is in the store. Walk back out and employees still standing behind store at a car talking. In at 910 pm out at 915 pm

Hope this place goes out of business! Bread is always dry pizza is never cut and everything is always burnt!

I would give a negative or at least zero stars. Very rude staff. They ignore cars at the window, even after making eye contact with the customer. They also claim they can't make deep dish, etc.

NEVER has enough cheese on it even for a regular pizza. Sometimes its burnt. I could make better pizza then they could, but I'd rather go to Pizza Hut!!!!

I am not happy with this little Caesars location as they only partly get your order right or only partly have the items that you want. I just ordered today and spent over $60 and half my food was missing and the other half was unavailable to give to me due to being out of stock I attempted to call the store phone and got a dial tone as if the store phone is either not working or they do not want to answer the phone.I am very disappointed in this location and will not be a returning customer.

Horrible experience today. I ordered my kids a pizza and two breadsticks before I went grocery shopping at Kroger. The employee was sitting outside smoking a cigarette when I drove by going to Kroger. After my grocery shopping I went over there to pick up the pizza because it had been more than enough time and the same employee was sitting back outside smoking a cigarette. I assume he had been out there the entire time because he had not seen any of the orders that came through. He blew it off like it was no big deal and said another 15 to 20 minutes on one cheese pizza and two breadsticks that is supposed to be always ready to go. I told him I cannot wait another amount of time because I had somewhere to be and would like my money refunded he arrogantly told me he was not able to do that and I had to do it online. There is no option to do it online. I know it is extremely hard to find employees right now but I would be tossing that employee into the dumpster.

Unreliable as far as minimal service customer relations I got there 10 minutes before closing was told they were no longer serving pizza odd as I saw an associate eating a slice in one hand and had a broom in the other, next time lock the door to send a message you don't mind losing individuals who walk there and hire someone to answer the phone nobody seems able to answer. If I could have ordered i would have ordered pizza hut and got it delivered before they could fold the box used for their fictitious pizza service

Arrived just after 2pm. Waited for what felt like 15 mins. Got the attention of an employee prepping dough. Fingered at me 1 sec. Then seen a child run up front grab a phone then went out back. What looked like the mgr came from the back with a taco bell bag, having a conversation with another employee just saunter up to the counter. Not told sorry about your way how can I help you "What can i get for you" Then was told it'll be a 10 min wait on pizza. Just horrible customer service. Will not recommend.
