Wow, the price of the $20 fill-up jumped up 40%!!! Now $28.00 for the same thing. A big hike in price like this, they should at least offer you something else like drinks included. They raise the price 40% and give 0% more
Place sucks! The big girl kept yelling out its drive thru only when i went inside. Drove a penske truck. Other lady told me to hold on. Then came back to only say the big girl said drive thru only...even tho i cant fit the truck thru. Somebody musta ate one bisquit to many to be so evil acting. Sanders power trip. Lock your doors if you dont want nobody to come inside!
Horrible place to order food. I ordered just an 8 piece bucket of chicken through the drive through, the gentleman that took my order for some reason asked me to pull in front of the entrance and wait for him to bring out my food. Almost 20 minutes have past and nobody brought it out to me. So I went inside the store to find out what's going on. I asked the manager where my food is and she looked through the orders on the screen saying she did not see it. I started calling for the gentleman that took my order to figure out what happened; however, he rudely ignored until I started to raise my voice. He said that he remembered taking my order but did not know what happened to it. Basically, absolutely zero responsibility from either the staff or the management team. I also noticed that the manager that was making the food did not wear gloves but I realized that later because it was already pretty late and I was extremely tired. I was not a big fan of KFC anyway but now I definitely will not come back.
Spicy chicken sandwich excellent. Great fries ? They need to Deep clean bathrooms!! Went back 3 weeks ago expecting great fries Not!!!!! Soooooo !!!!!!Salty!!!!! I couldn't eat them I threw them away won't order again Unless they Stop Over Salting Them. When I ask for No Salt it's not just to get them fresh, But To Not Have Salty Fries!!!!
I’ve been to this location a total of (2) times, both times I’ve had an issue. On my first visit my order was completely wrong. I failed to verify before leaving (so i’ll take the blame). The second visit, I ordered a breast and wing, nothing more…After waiting 10 minutes at the drive through window, I decided to attempt to get someone’s attention. The manager came to the window and told me, in a very condescending tone, that I would have to wait because she has a lot more orders. I reminded her that I only ordered (2) pcs of chicken. She seemed agitated and totally frustrated that I asked about my order. (2) visits, (2) small orders, (2) bad experiences…same crew!!If you must go to this location, it’s best to lower your expectations and you might be surprised!! LOL
Went to KFC in Noblesville drive thru Friday night. They close at 10p. I was there right at 9p. I ordered the 8pc chicken ? dinner. The response from the girl on the speaker was "ummm...I'll have to make more chicken because we didnt think we would be busy so we didn't make enough when the shift started. We have chicken fingers though!" So, are u telling me that u were going to serve me chicken that had been sitting there since probably around 5pm? Are u also telling me that I am inconveniencing you to make chicken when your work is to LITERALLY make chicken? I said " you know what ..don't worry about it. I'll go somewhere else." This has been bothering me for a few days. Unfortunately for the KFC Crew, there were 3 cars behind me waiting to order. ???

The Colonel sure knows how to cover the chicken. Sometimes you just have to follow the kernels advice and latch onto those 13 secret herbs and spices. Nobody comes close.
I never really had a great opinion of KFC, but I've been to the noblesville location a few times over the course of the last 2 years and each time has been a positive experience. The food has been accurate, and more importantly it was well prepared. The folks working seemed to be friendly enough and I just have no complaints. I think its a solid 4 stars, 5 stars for me is difficult to achieve honestly.
