Nice folks. Good food
Avoid this location. My sister got charged twice for her food, the food took forever to get, they forgot to give the pickle and then the order was wrong, TWICE! When I ordered my sandwich, they completely forgot to make it and I had to ask after 20 minutes of waiting.
Like the sandwiches. Love the delivery.(Added after Owner's response.) Any particular reason Jimmy John's (Owner) can't forward my comments, or those of other reviewers? Do I have to do your job, too?
Never received order “THEY CLAIM” was delivered. Won’t provide photographic proof of delivery & won’t refund payment. Never order from a business that uses their own drivers & that door dash does not represent. They are a bunch of thieves!
This location always seems to be out of bread on the weekends at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday. They also keep you on hold for 10-15 minutes (I was calling to see if they actually had bread prior to placing my order). No one ever picked up. Go to Wheeler Road location in Westfield.
I love Jimmy John's but avoid this location if at all possible. The last few times I've online ordered from this specific location I've waited 30+ mins for a delivery. I've cancelled orders multiple times because of it. Today I went into the store and watched an employee sneeze into his hand, wipe his hand with a paper towel only and then proceed to take an order...COVID or not that's just basic infection control.
Management is horrible, they all look scared of their manager. I think his name is Ethan or something. He had a filthy mouth, was very loud, and had a negative tone the whole time. ?
Ordered delivery before close and they marked my order as delivered but I never got my order.
They claim to be “freaky fast” but when we had not received our order after 50 mins I called to see what was happening. I was told by a very rude young man that the driver “had just left with like 8 deliveries. You’ll get it shortly…”
Avoid. They do not want you to come back after they serve you a lettuce sandwich. I ordered a Pepe and it was mostly lettuce and not much else. They know what they are doing, Not worth going back.
