What a GREAT Jimmy johns store! The people here are so nice and the general manager is so friendly and accommodating. The food is always perfect and super quick!
Young guy, not sure if manager, is RUDE and no business being in customer service. Paid for cater, went back next day to tweek it and was told when I came in to pick it up they would refund then. That's was fine with me. When I went to pick up, he told me "I owed and never paid". Worked it out, but completely RUDE.
I live about 5 minutes away from this store and every time I’ve ordered delivery, they take over an hour to deliver it. Not fast AT ALL. Won’t be returning again.
Was treated very offensively by manager. Neither I or anyone I can convince will ever be back at that store. Too many other options with better service. Looking at other reviews this appears to be a trend at this location. Good luck!!!!!!!
3 for 3 fail. This is the third time in as many weeks we have waited 1.5 hrs. There won't be a 4th.
The older guy working register represents your company very poorly. The lady sandwich maker did not help the situation. I understand that because I did not have my card I was unable to swipe. However there is a possibility for my numbers to be entered manually. I can call pay over the phone and have my order picked up. However I was given the response of, "that is too difficult and requires too much work" what a joke. And then another response of "yeah we aren't able to take your order"
They just ripped me off and intentionally. Ordered 2 Gargantuan's 16 inch on french bread. This is what I got..two 10 inch Gargantuan's...not even the 12 inch. And I paid for the 16 inch. Ripping people off is not a business model conducive to success. I'm going to write their corporate offices.
Fast service but wish in-store had same coupons as on line
Ordered two tuna subs with cheese to go. Nether had cheese, hardly any vegetables and very little tuna. Basically two bread subs for 17.00. Response from owner below is from corporation. Owner never contacted me about complaint. Waste of time filling out complaint.
I don’t know what happened to this store but the last few times I’ve been it just hasn’t been the same
