First time I've been, but not the last! This place is like a steak and shake, the difference is that, the food comes out in a timely manner, the restaurant is actually open, and your shoes don't stick to the floor. The shakes are very very good! Also they are pretty thick. The burger I got was cooked thoroughly and assembled correctly! The fries are super delicious, and compatible for dipping in the shake (I highly recommend doing it). Overall the experience I had was really really good! 11/10 I definitely recommend this Jaggers!!!
I've tried them a bunch of times and as much as I want to liken them, I just can't get excited about their food. Burgers are average at best and the fries have enough seasoning to put your doctor on high alert. The California Chicken sandwich is pretty decent however.
The food and service here is consistently very good. They recently added a second drive thru lane and expanded the parking lot making everything much more convenient. Treat yourself to the brownies or cookies too!
Food was pretty good but drive through service was very slow. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Despite that, the food was fresh and hit the spot. Fish sandwich was LEGIT FISH, not some conglomerate of unknown substances placed in a patty. The staff was also very friendly and inviting. Not sure what the hold up was, as it was never explained. (Thus the 3 stars- otherwise I enjoyed it).
Although the food was neatly packaged, the burger lacked seasoning. I choked on the tater tots (which tasted great but I risked my esophagus consuming them). My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie in her kid’s meal which was loaded with salt…I think someone mistakenly used salt instead of sugar.
My first experience at Jaggers and it was great! The food was very fresh and prepared quickly. The prices are also a little more reasonable then comparable chicken places. Highly recommended Jaggers
This location knocks it out of the park everytime. I wish the salads were a bit more generous, but the staff is always friendly and excited, the place is generally clean and the speed at which food is prepped and served is outstanding. It definitely makes it worth the effort to deal with whatever the highway department has going on making it difficult to get in.
LOVE Jaggers! Great food, but more importantly the staff is consistently OUTSTANDING and caring! They go way above and beyond! Dine in or carry out. Love the atmosphere and menu selection! Staff is AMAZING!
Best fast food establishment in Indiana. This place makes Chick-fil-A look like McDonald's. Food is always fresh, plenty of options, shakes are amazing, fries are also amazing, and so is the hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and of course their brownies. I feel bad for those who have ever had the pleasure of experiencing this establishment. They are missing out. Been going for years, and will not stop until they close..which I doubt they will. Believe me when I say you won't regret it!
Today was my first time visiting a Jaggers. I ordered a berry salad and grilled cheese through the drivethru. I was excited to read about the ingredients of the salad on the menu but was very disappointed when I actually saw my salad. “Mixed greens” and “iceberg mix” area not the same thing. Also, the grapes were whole and the chicken chunks were huge- both of which I had to cut up further to eat them as part of the salad. All of this said, the ranch and blue cheese dressings were very good, so was the unsweetened iced tea. Heck, even though it was cheap lettuce, after I cut up the toppings the salad was pretty good. The grilled cheese was pretty good too… the upside down bun was tasty and cooked correctly. I liked everything I tried. Disappointed in the salad mix, but not disappointed in the flavors. Staff was very friendly. I might try this place again.
