The Big Al's Fredo is THE best pizza I've ever had. Not sure what secret ingredient they put in, but I'm addicted! Great staff, too! And I always add to my growing cup collection every time I come. The hubby made me choose between him or my cup collection that's completely taken over the kitchen, so I'm single now ? hit me up for a date at HotBox
Tried to order before 5 to beat the rush. Got hung up on twice. So My wife placed an online order which said it would be out in 35-40 mins. After 60 mins I called and they said it would be another 35 mins. Then I said to cancel my order and manager said it actually just went out for delivery 3 mins ago. So I said don’t cancel. It somehow still took 35 mins to deliver and they didn’t bring the 2 salads we ordered(2nd time in a row this happened!). The guy said he would bring them back. Went to open the pizza box in the meantime and the pizza was a mangled mess. Looked like someone had put the box in sideways or something. I caught the driver before he left and gave him the pizza back. Also the breadsticks didn’t have the sauce. 2 hours later and now trying to scramble at 7 on a Saturday night to get a pizza. Of course all the other place are 60-90 mins for delivery now. This restaurant clearly has issues which stinks because Hot Box has great food. We used to live in broad ripple and order from that HB and never had issues like this even during COVID.

Keep scrolling.I walk in to order a pizza and one employee is taking an order at the register while another is on a personal phone call, for what felt like an hour, talking about wanting chicken nuggets when he gets off his shift or something? I’m not sure. Either way, the phone call ends and he makes his way to the back of the store without greeting me or asking what I need.I mean, that’s fine. It was a bit jarring that basic service is absolutely absent now, but maybe things have changed since I worked in service.They gave me a pizza that was nearly completely raw and weighted what felt like 10 pounds. Yeeeeeshhhh, slow down on the toppings and thin your dough out!Took the pizza back only to receive another raw pizza.Overall, just be better. Please. Nearly 30 bucks absolutely down the drain. Will not be going back.
They got our pizza toppings wrong.WAY too much tomato sauce, as the cheese and toppings just slide off as you try to eat it.What I mess.Probably wont come back to this location.
I was somewhat concerned when I saw the pizza cooks handling the food without gloves...but surely they wash their hands, right?Well... adjusting glasses, scratching necks and pushing back hair ( that shouldn’t have been loose in the first place) are the major offenses I saw.I will not be returning to the HotBox on Mundy Dr!!NO STARS
Not impressed… $30 for a pizza with toppings falling off and not cut right. Order was done in a timely manor, props for that.
This place used to be great and the last few times we've ordered it's been terrible. I called in once and they refunded the order. First time it was burnt to a crisp with no toppings, the second time they way overdid the cheese and no sauce and this recent time they overdid all toppings on a skinny crust and the crust was either not done or just really soggy.Will not be going back, unfortunately.
Mannnnn. I love hotbox but today I went to go get my cheesy stix (I am pregnant and has been one of my biggest cravings.) Hopped in my car and got home to find them not well done. Ate an end piece and realized it was still dough. It was so raw I put it in the oven and had to cook it for 10+ minutes longer. Here is a pic from half the box I didn’t put in the oven. Safe to say this destroyed any future craving of eating here. I’m hoping this isn’t going to make me sick.

I've ordered hotbox numerous times and at this dame location. However, I decided for the prices with hotbox because the app said it would take 42 minutes for a XL pepperoni pizza and two orders of breadsticks. If I would have cooked this at home, the lack of taste and appeal would have been expected. The pizza was hard and the breadstick was hard on the outside and soft in. I'm pressed for time, where options are there I went with the brand. I can't believe the exchange of service and audacity and steps they would have seen the pizza and placed it in the box and proceed to give to me. Normally as a community favorite this hits hard and disrespectful because it isn't even the brand that failed to deliver but the employees
