Greek’s Pizza exceeded our expectations today. Our 4th graders at White River Elementary planned their own pizzeria in class using their economics standards! What did Greek’s do they donated pizza for the entire class! Fantastic and so thankful!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I start! A few days ago when I walked in to place a carry out it took 15 minutes for someone to even come attended me after I even asked for help. They said it would take 20 minutes for it to come out. I waited about 25-30 minutes in my car and called about my order and they didn’t even put it in yet. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy at all. Then when I got my pizza I was missing a cheese sauce . I asked about it and the employee got a attitude LOL. Never eat here
Great pizza... Greek's has been one of my favorites since college at Ball State. This location obnoxiously runs about 15-20 minutes behind their promise times pretty consistently. My pizzas weren't even put in the oven until after I showed up to get them. The entire lobby is usually filled with angry people waiting for their food.
Sadly, we have been unable to even try this location. My husband called to ask about specials. He was told they do not provide specials over the phone and send them in emails. So, he asked how to receive an email and was told, "Man, I don't know." So, we will be ordering from the Westfield location, which is MUCH more helpful to customers.
After ordering over the phone for this location, our credit card number was stolen and used by an employee to try and purchase $1500 worth of products on Apple’s website, as well as $599 on xfinity mobile’s website.This is the only place we have given out our card number verbally in over 6 months.
Just ordered pizza from here , I specifically put a note to not have any onions in my pizza. My pizza comes LOADED with onions. The manager tells me there’s a new guy and he doesn’t know how to work their computer system and all the cooks are gone. I then asked the manager if he knew how to make pizza since he is the manager and all and he tells me it’s too late and all he can offer me is a free pizza for next time. I reply “ wow that’s crazy, who’s the owner of this place?” And then he hung up on me ! Completely unprofessional and smug attitude and if you don’t know how to make a pizza then maybe you shouldn’t be the manager at a pizza spot !
I do not recommend this place. I ordered over the phone and when it arrived incorrectly I called and they told me that the person over the phone misunderstood and that there’s a lot of young new people. Terrible experience would not recommend.
I love this place. Although, it supposed to be open right now and nobody's answering. I'm in need q my Spaghetti and meatballs asap.
Great food and most careful following covid guidelines of any restaurant I've been in the last year.
Fast, good food, our new favorite pizza place. The breadsticks are awesome, sauce has a tiny bit of sweet to it. We tried the Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious. So glad we stopped in to check it out. Only doing take out/delivery as of 8/5/21
