Good food and quick service. Just a note, if you want more customization for your sub sandwich, do not use the app. Couldn't change meat on sandwich in app but could on the computer. It's all about having choices these days so now you know.
Absolutely exceptional service. Jimmy was fantastic, listened to my concerns on gluten cross contact as I have celiac disease. He made sure my sandwich was made safely and was so incredibly kind. I highly recommend this location.
Just nasty to me. Person responsible for catering out in her car smoking. Comes right in and makes food. No hand washing. Very unorganized. Forgot items.
Absolutely delicious! I went there on their “E” name day (today) and got the turkey bacon ranch sub. So tasty, fresh, delicious, and the customer service was great too!
I think the day and time you go depends on the quality sub you'll get. When we have gone, Jimmy has been the one making our subs typically. His subs are AMAZING. They are toasted, flavorful, and stuffed full of ingredients.. They are so delicious and we leave very satisfied. He and the other gentleman usually working with him are friendly and professional.We went Saturday evening and a lady made my sub. The bottom of the bun was broken so she used the box as the bottom of the sandwich and sat the broken bun on top of the sandwich... I came in and informed them what had happened and they made me a complimentary sub. My advice, ask for Jimmy or the gentleman with him to make your sandwiches. You will leave happy. :)
Quick, fast, fresh and delicious! I haven't had a sub from Firehouse since I relocated from Florida years ago. This was a nostalgic and pleasant visit!
Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Haven't been back in years after repetitive errors. Then tonight the store was basically dead and still took 25 minutes just to be given the wrong sandwiches. I opened them, touched them to look. Told them these aren't mine. Then they gave them to another person. Wow. No clue

I love Firehouse Subs--- BUT the last 3 times I did not receive my chips in the bag as stated in my email. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and they have failed. Please do better guys. That alone is starting to ruin your reputation.
Our greeting on arrival was (we have a 25- 30 minute wait right now ) in fact the last 3 times I was we w greeted the same way. I don't understand why a fast food establishment with 3 employees behind the counter is so backed up.
