This place is always backed up and the manager Andrew? Is a hothead. He gets upset very fast and easily and cussing is really offensive.
Usually no issues...everytime I pick up order no problem. Last two times I ordered onine for delivery, half my order is missing, please stop using doordash or figure something else out. Just got my order, no sour cream packets, 2 orders of breadsticks missing so just wasted 10 bucks
We had Donatos in Indy and it was really really good but this locations crust doesn't taste the same and they were so heavy handed with the sauce its all you could taste... I had to scoop the sauce off with my napkin. At the other location no such issues and we didn't modify sauce at either location. Overall it's too expensive to be hoping certain locations are up to par.
First time ever leaving a review anywhere. But I had to after this. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long long time. Maybe ever. Food was awesome. Always cooked fresh. Intelligent management. Glad to see people today still have common sense. Very high quality people working tonight. I love watching people work who are good at their jobs. That’s my s*#@!! Our country needs more people like this in any business. I’d say best restaurant staff in town. Easy 5 stars.
It’s the worst! Always messed up with my order today when I went there to pick up my order I didn’t find my order so I wait for over there in 15 minutes after when I went home and I open it I realized that’s a different order something else the pizza it was really soggy and nasty I have like three times same thing I don’t know if it’s really somebody put five stars that’s cheating I will never order from them anymore
One of the best salads around. I crave a good salad sometimes and go on the search for one that hits the spot. BULLSEYE?. It was packed full of yummy veggies and proteins. They also have a cauli-crust pizza that is so good you would swear they are lying about it being cauliflower.
Although they were busy, the pizza was done pretty quickly. I've never had a Donato's pizza I didn't like. They also messed up the order but made it right and didn't charge for the correction. Seems like good customer service to me.
Ordering from this location has been extremely hit or miss over the years.The food is what you'd expect from a Donatos, but it feels like over half the time I order from there there's an issue with my order. Sometimes it's over an hour after the delivery estimate, it's entirely wrong, or they're missing an item.Management is quick to apologize for the errors, but at that point the damage has been done.For instance, tonight the driver apparently mistook my order for someone else's, as he asked for payment, even though I'd ordered and paid online. By this point, it was around 40 minutes past the order estimate. After some confusion it was apparent he didn't have my order, (He supposedly had several of the items I'd ordered, but I just had him take everything back to the store regardless).I called the store and the manager voided the order and offered me some credit for a future order as an apology. I doubt I will be using it any time soon.
This place is rather neat
Ordered there last night as we wanted to spend a bit more for better pizza and years ago used to love Donatos. We could not be more wrong! The pizza arrived over 30 minutes after we were notified it left the store (almost an hour after we we told it would originally arrive). All food (bread sticks, cinnamon bread and 2 pizzas) were room temperature when we received it. Cheese on pizza congealed, frosting was solid/hard and to boot the pizza dough still tasted as though it was not cooked all the way. I'm not picky but even I dropped it in the trash to just eat leftovers instead. Rest of family barely ate it. Whatever the excuse, maybe don't take the order if you can't handle the volume? Clearly profits over service here and still sent it out the door knowing what quality we'd receive. Always had a good feeling about Donatos, but never again. Marcos is almost 1/2 the price, taste better and better quality.
